I was involved in a car accident in the early part of May. My neck and low back got tweaked. I'm a very active senior, but this accident caused me to have pain doing the most simple tasks like crossing my legs and tying my shoes. I had headaches a couple times a week. Geez, where to start? Communicating with Sarah to set up my appointment was easy, quick, and pleasant. She was always quick to respond and she made sure to ask if there were specific areas I wanted to focus on. There was/is, my shoulders which are currently injured (yes, both *sad face*).
