I have to reiterate one of the other reviews here. Sara is unresponsive, and didn't follow up on any of my calls or messages to view an apartment I really wanted after a lengthy search. I was even willing to go above my budget for this one unit I saw. The apartment was listed as rented 2 weeks later, so any reasoning around scheduling would be false since I wasn't even given the opportunity. Maybe the agents at MNS are overwhelmed, because I haven't had a good experience with any of them thus far, but at least they got back to me; Sara never did. I've had agents at other places respond and even give me tips when I just missed out on an apartment, so I think the lesson is that I'll stick with them. read more

In the dog-eat-dog world of NYC apartment leasing, there are very few realtors who truly take the time to put their prospective tenants first. However, Sara does just that. Sara is not only very knowledgeable on her apartments and the leasing world, but she is also understanding and the most responsive realtor I've ever worked with! Best realtor I've ever had since I've moved to New York City! I'm not fond of moving, and definitely not fond of pushy money eating realtors.
