At first, Josh appeared, professional and knowledgeable, and he assured us that he could have a crew and equipment on site immediately. He pressured us to pay in full before any word began stating that he needed the money to secure rental equipment and pay his workers. Against our better judgment, and because he insisted this was the only acceptable form of payment for a job. This size we paid him $14,500 in cash. Within within an hour, the crew arrived and began cutting. Not even 30 minutes into the job a large branch was dropped, crushing our shed and damaging our well system. Immediately after causing the damage, the crew packed up and left the property without explanation and never returned. We attempted to contact Josh multiple times, but he refuses to answer or take responsibility. We filed a report with the sheriffs office, but were told it is considered a civil matter. At this point it feels like we are dealing with a clear case of fraud yet as the saying goes, you can't get blood from a stone.

I used to sell Tree Job's for him and he wanted me to tell him the address of the jobs he owed me for it's probably more like 10,000 but from what I could figure out $5000 he ripped me off and my commission and he chased me for miles on a scooter that he bought for me and because I quit because of nonpayment he chased me for miles I believe trying to run me over and the scooter was given to me as payment for all of the jobs I was selling and he staked my house out five different times be wireless company. He fabricated a story to the client/neighbors that "he or she,only had to cut down the part where the storm hit the tree"..which is not true.The storm,milton,uprooted the tree with 125mph winds as evidenced in many photos taken.He has no regard for conscience or others property.He formerly desecrated my backyard when Ian hit upon removing a large maple tree and never offered to put sod,plugs or do-anything to make it right.The HOA in my neighborhood talked with him about this,and I was told that "he took my situation personally and got loud and aggressive"toward the board member who spoke with him.Unfortunately,my HOA has told me "they aren't responsible for tree issues".So the parts of my neighbors tree are still laying ,now,blocking my pool cage and the tree stump,lays sideways, exposing a 5 to 6 ft.deep hole(which is on the neighbors house in BACK of my home).This will obviously end up in court.If you want litigation, then he is the company for you.

TJ had a crew of three who were all very polite, personable and clean-cut men. They were extremely efficient and made every move count. The oak tree was hundreds of years old and was hanging over my neighbor's house. They removed it was precision and without incident. In the past I have used tree service companies who were very disappointing. In the future, I will only use Skip's Tree Service
