I saw Dr. Rogers who has a great personality and he takes the time to listen you. I love that he dictates the patient's notes in the room with you so no mistakes. Dr. Rogers came to see me before the surgery. We discussed, because of my allergies to medications what he would do for after surgery medication. After my surgery he showed me the before and after X-rays. I've had a lot of surgeries and I've met a lot doctors. I have had two very negative experiences here. I gave them a second chance-and I will never go here…read moreagain. My first appointment was to put in an IUD. It was a nightmare!! The installation device malfunctioned and the strings got stuck in the device. The Nurse Practitioner then had to take the IUD back out. Yup. All in one session-i had to get one put in (extremely painful) and then taken right back out (also extremely painful). I almost passed out. Then she kept telling me how rare this is-as if that's going to make me feel any better! I couldn't get up, because of the pain, and she had zero empathy. She was pressuring me to get up and leave after lying down for only 5 minutes. IT WAS AWFUL!!! My second visit was with a different doctor, and I was hoping it would be better. Sadly, this doctor was also terrible. He was rude and made me uncomfortable. I was there to talk to him about getting my tubes tied because I know I don't want kids, and I don't want anymore IUDs, nor any hormonal birth control. He didn't even introduce himself. He walked in and started with a snarky question-"so how many children do you have?" And seemed pleased with himself. WTF? I said none. I explained the nightmares I have had with IUDs, multiple serious risk factors for giving birth, plus my age (in my 40's), and being sick of negative side effects hormonal birth control. Getting tubes tied seems the best option to me. I also know my body can't handle having children. He told me that women who haven't had kids are likely to regret getting their tubes tied. And he wasn't telling me I couldn't do it-but that he didn't recommend it. Ugh. And then told me just to use a calendar and to plan to not have sex during my most fertile time of month. WTF??? That's your answer?? He was acting like it wouldn't be a big deal if I had a kid. ITS MY BODY AND MY LIFE BRO!!! This guy had a weird attitude with me, and was judgey about me wanting to get my tubes tied without having had children already?? I would not recommend this practice!

I started coming here in my 7th month of pregnancy due to…read morehorrible sciatic nerve pain that was really messing with my day-to-day activities (came in limping, basically in tears). I'm a very active person and being practically immobile wasn't going to cut it. My midwife suggested this place and I was glad to find a location minutes from my home. I started my therapy sessions with Kayla Whiting and she made such a difference for me. She was kind and professional and really understood the pain I was having so she was able to give me a solid treatment plan. I left a few sessions sore due to stretching and exercises but icing was always recommended and helped. The day after I'd always feel so much better. After a few sessions, my pain was almost completely eliminated. I could walk without pain again. Amazing! And I never needed any pain medicine. The sessions of heat, massage, stretching, and exercises (combined with my own daily stretching exercises at home prescribed by them) made the end of my pregnancy a breeze and will most certainly help me postpartum. I am so grateful for this place because they really understood exactly what I was going through. I went from not being able to walk without limping or get out of bed to speed-walking with ease and rolling out of bed like a champ. I could even carry my laundry basket down the stairs again and clean on all fours (though my husband still does not like that I do this lol). They are professional yet personable and I worked with a few other PT's there to make scheduling appointments easier. Overall, the advice, tips, and treatment have been very successful for me. I would most certainly come here in the future if I ever need a PT again.
