What she could not get with the ear, she plucked and I could barely feel the plucking. She put a serum on afterwards and I was done. The girl at the front desk said this service was complimentary since it was my first time here. She also gave me a goody bag and showed me what was inside. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience.
