DO NOT use a Groupon at this establishment! First off, they do not answer the phones. You have to book an online appointment and give a credit card as a deposit even with a Groupon that's paid in full. Then, Orsi texts, not calls you and denies your Groupon because you can only visit one time, when the Groupon specifically says you can use three. The salon is old, outdated and unclean. Kimberly is such a skilled esthetician who was so meticulous and thorough, yet gentle especially when performing the extractions. Kimberly is not only professional, but also friendly and informative while explaining each step of the facial. Orsi and her Team, especially Kimberly, are superb and their services are exemplary. I made an appointment at Orsi's based upon the Yelp reviews so I thought it might be helpful to leave a review after my service. The "salon" is in an industrial park near the airport. You will hear planes taking off and landing throughout your service. Additionally, the condition is the "salon" no longer matched those of the pictures in the advertisement. I had Orsi as my aesthetician and my facial was FAR different than any of the 50 or so facials I have had in the past. I am hopeful that my skin bears the results of the two hours of bubbling, scraping and air spraying it received. No massage, no soothing experience The reason for the 4 stars is that my friend has Cassandra and it was the best facial she has ever received (and that is saying a lot). Her facial was well explained and consisted of high end equipment and products and her level of service was above and beyond. If you want a place off the strip that is $200 for a 2-hour facial, I would recommend you ask for Cassandra and not expect a spa experience. read more

My daughter & I booked custom facials during a recent trip. Neither of us knew what we needed so we left it in the hands of our estheticians. Orsi did my daughter's facial and Andrea did mine. The place is nice, very calm & quiet. Andrea did an oxygen bubble mask, microdermabrasion and a bunch of other wonderful things for me. They customized the treatments for me, a mom in her 50s, and my daughter in her 20s. When we left we were amazed! You hear "glowing" and it sounds like bs but it's absolutely true. My face was brighter, smoother and yes, had a glow! My daughter's sensitive skin was gorgeous and not irritated at all - which is not easy. This may be a 5 star place but this was my first facial in about ten years (I'm a massage girl) so I have nothing to judge it against! I was planning to be in Vegas for a day so searched yelp for hours looking for somewhere to get my first real facial. I went to make an appointment on their website but had a lot of issues, could have been my device, could be their website? After multiple try's I messaged on yelp because I saw they have a fast response rate. They responded quickly and helped me make an appointment for the next day which was perfect. I read through the yelp reviews before purchasing the groupon so I had an idea of what to expect going. The location is pretty off strip, it looked a lot closer on the map then it felt in my Uber but that's totally fine, it was in a little complex with other businesses but the area seemed pretty quiet bordering deserted but it was easy to find. When I went in my esthetician was waiting for me (unfortunately I didn't get her name but it wasn't orsi so I was a little bummed since people raveeee about her.) I filled out a form which wasn't even looked at and was quickly taken into the treatment room. The room is nice, there was spa music playing which I love. I changed into the provided robe and got onto possibly the most comfortable spa bed ever, it was heated lifted my legs which was super relaxing. We talked for a few minutes about what I was looking for, I recently lost a decent amount of weight and feel like the skin on my face hasn't bounced back so I really wanted whatever they could do outside of a face lift to suck my skin in. We started with steam, a lot of steam, tons of steam. Then moved on to a few different masks, after that it was a quick dermabrasion and then extractions which were definitely not pleasant but let's be fair - I haven't had a facial in years there was likely a lot to pull out. Then we got to the good stuff, the micro current! She started on my forehead and in all honesty it didn't feel like anything, but I didn't know what it should feel like so I assumed that was normal. When she got down to my jaw she asked about the intensity if it was ok and I was like oh? I honestly don't feel anything. So she turned the intensity up and BAM I got jolted with electricity which literally made me jump! Not her fault and it honestly wasn't that bad but we definitely turned it down before moving on. Now I could feel the current which was really interesting it kind of makes your teeth shake which is an odd sensation. We finished with the micro current did a few more masks, she did like a two minute shoulder rub which was incredible and in the moment had me wishing I had got a massage instead of a facial and I was done! When I left I was like hm I guess that was good? The woman who did my facial was really nice and explained everything she was doing while still letting me have a relaxing experience but she seemed a little inexperienced? I could be wrong again I don't get facials, but it's like when you get a massage you can tell by how the masseuse uses their hands and the way they move how experienced they are it's almost like a second nature type thing and she was kind of missing that. Maybe it's like a confidence in your movements when applying and removing masks etc. anyways.... Once I was outside I pulled out a mirror while I was waiting for my Uber and !!!!!!!!!! My skin was BEAUTIFUL, glowing and firm! I was kind of unsure about the whole experience until I saw my results, my skin looked more even, definitely tighter, the circles under my eyes (definitely not gone) but diminished. Yeah, it was good for sure. Solid to high 4 stars but you could likely get a similar facial at more high end spa for about the same price. All in all great experience so glad I went to Orsi and I'm now converted to liking facials! read more

Rather than spending a lot of money in pricy services in Vegas strip hotel spas, I opted for an out of strip business. I am so glad to have found Orsi. She is a NYC transplant and we talked a lot about her journey that led her to Vegas and her training. She definitely knows what she is doing. She used a variety of products on my face. Everything felt gentle and luxurious. She also taught me what I was doing wrong with my skincare routine. I also got the extraction done because my skin was not in the best shape. It was uncomfortable but not unbearable. My skin felt so clean afterwards. The next day, the pimple that was under the skin that could either scar or erupt, started to disappear. It's been about a month since the facial, and my skin looks great. I wish I could go see Orsi once a month if I could. She cleansed and prepped my skin first to open the pores, removed all the impurities and treated any break out areas I had. I could feel the little air bubbles on my skin during the Oxygen facial and it was a relaxing experience. She then proceeded to massage my skin by applying cold therapy and using special tools. I only want to provide helpful feedback here. Nothing is meant to be mean so I did want to preffice that before I begin. My esthetician was very sweet who provided my hydrating facial service on 5/22. Her name is Dara. I came in about 5 minutes before and she told me to wash my hands and walked me into into room to prepare me for my facial. She came back on time at 5:30 to start. I am an esthetician myself so I guess there are things that I am looking for while being serviced. She started off by tecommending a product right off the bat before looking at my skin which could be what she was just told to do which u get but I thought it was a little odd.. After she looked at my skin, she started to tell me about the stone crop cleanser as she was cleansing my skin but then I didn't hear anything after that for the whole 90 minutes. She didn't explain what she was putting on me or why or what she was doing 98% of the time. This would be more off putting if I was a client with no skincare background. She also squirted some product directly onto my face that almost got into my eye. Usually I would put the product on my applicator or hands first before I would go in to prevent that. Some of the application was a but sloppy as well as lifting off at random places on my face. She seemed to have trouble with some of the machines in the room as well. There were a couple masks that were put on me and they were layered. I am typically not claustrophobic but I heard her leave the room twice without saying anything to me, and the feeling of claustrophobia started creeping in. The table was hot, my hands were sweating from the hand masks (which did make my hands feel nice in the end), and I had a couple towels over my face and they were a little on the heavy side. She was gone for a few minutes each time so it was just a little odd she wouldn't say anything. Now getting to the end of the facial, I got dressed and looked at my face. Everything felt nice and looked good. I haven't done extractions on myself in awhile but she used microderm, manually extracted, and used the ultrasonic scrubber I believe from the noise I heard while she was doing it, and I still had a fair amount of comedones in my chin. I know since they weren't able to use steam due to Covid that didn't help the case. I walked our to cash out but I told her earlier I wanted to buy some eminence products which she forgot so I had to remind her. A client was waiting in the lobby so I didn't know if it was hers or someone else's. I felt pretty rushed to pick out products though which kind of sucked but I get it when the place is busy. I believe the owner walked out with her client soon after and my esthetician looked a little frazzled because she was trying to ring me out and also nicely was giving me samples. She asked the owner (I believe) if she had any of the peptide serum and something else as a sample and the owner just replied "No. People usually buy those" which was kind of rude to me. I ended up spending over 300 bucks but I'm not going to buy a product that I wasn't 100% sure about trying yet. The products I bought were used during the facial so I felt comfortable and they seemed to work. Anyways, Dara was very sweet and my face felt really nice after but the execution of it all was less than desired. This was a new spa for me so maybe I'll try someone else next time or go somewhere else instead. The vibe at the end was a little off putting. read more

She has a soothing gentle touch and told me what to expect. I appreciated that she kept the talking minimal allowing me to fully relax. A true professional that I would request in the future. Orsi, the owner performed my Oxygen facial and it was literally the best facial I have ever had in my life and I have had a lot of facials at some high end spas. She had an amazing touch, used quality products and state if the art equipment. I greatly appreciated the special touches such as the paraffin hand dip and heated booties during my treatment. So here is the cherry on top.... I received all 3 of these treatments for price that the spa at Mandalay Bay wanted for just a facial. Additionally, it was close to the airport and proved to be the perfect way for me to spend my time between hotel check out and my flight. Orsi provided a secure place for my luggage during my treatments and sent me on my way with some samples and water to rehydrate. She even sent me with a few cough drops as I developed a tickle in my throat during my treatment. I truly can't recommend Orsi skincare enough. My face wasn't In a great shape but Orsi was very attentive to my needs and concerns . We had a nice conversation and she was explaining to me step by step everything that was done to my face .
