Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. I waited until 1:10 and I called the number that was listed on yelp. It was a recording, and I left my name and my phone number, and explained what the issue was. A few minutes later, a man called me back and told me that my appointment wasn't that monday at 1pm, but that it was the next day... tuesday 5/19/26 at 1pm. I said fine, I will be here tomorrow at 1pm then. Again, I showed up today on Tuesday 5/19/26 @ 1pm, the doors were locked and No one was there. I had to change my appointment due to my work schedule changing and she was totally accommodating and was able to change it for me with short notice! Well I wasn't done throwing her curve balls... on my way to my appointment I drove to the wrong location... I arrived pretty early and texted her letting her know and was going to look around Trader Joe's which made her realize I was at the wrong one. Nooo! (When I read Sola Salon I thought it was the one closest to me and I had no idea it was a chain I didn't pay attention to the address listed everywhere ) After that mix up she still managed to get me in same day which was super understanding of her and accommodating once again. So Jessica was great. Super friendly and knows her stuff. She listened to how I like my brows and also shaped them perfectly without taking too much off. The wax she used wasn't super hot, and didn't leave my skin bright red like usual. Also it wasn't left all over my brows/skin. I highly recommend her and it's safe to say I found my new go to!

Allie was so kind enough to talk to me prior to our appointment and educate me on what Reiki / Energy Work was all about. Allie had such a positive energy about her , from the beginning when I walked in she greeted me with a warm smile. Allie has a great aura about her , she is warm caring person. I would highly recommend Allie to anyone that is looking for this type of energy healing / Reiki work. I could sense that Allie genuinely cares her clients well-being , and caries herself in a professional manner. Allie acts a channel to help remove negative energy that doesn't serve you. Can't exactly explain the process bc she has you lie down with your eyes closed. It's hard to explain how Allie does what she does on a spiritual level but she makes it happen. She also customized her selection for my skin type. Which mildly oily (prone to mild acne) yet sensitive on the apple of my cheeks. This treatment also included micro current which I'm obsessed with the results - on one treatment Allie is super sweet. You can tell she loves the work she's doing. I would absolutely book with her again.
