We loved the selection of plants and often spent quite a bit of money there. But...That will never happen again. Today we drove quite a ways just to make our annual trip to Full Bloom. Prior to leaving, we checked their website for hours and policies. Of specific interest was the pet policy as a member of our group has a registered service dog. Full Bloom's website states that they allow service animals who have proper documentation. (See below) When we arrived at the nursery, we were greeted by one of the owners who told us no pets were allowed. Our service dog was wearing a harness with "service dog" on it and we had documentation. The owner told us that didn't matter and no matter what we said or offered, he refused to allow us in. When we told him about his pet policy on his website, he said, "Well...I guess we'll have to fix that." So much for what the ADA says! Will never go back. If you have a service dog, beware....

I retrieved my container of christmas wrap and bags that have been consistently stored there for 5 years. Every year I go down and get them. This year, they were wet and mildewed. I had to throw them all out. So, we called the company. One of the guys came out and agreed he would not have done it this way. The drains are not buried deep enough. They don't run in the right direction for the water to flow away. We now have a huge moisture problem. The outside wall of our house is NOW wet. We have moisture inside the basement that was not there before. The owner Loren came out claiming he cares about the reputation of his business, but his only answer was to charge us "what he says is half off" which is another $1800. Mind you we paid TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to have this job done. It is insulting that in order for it to be done RIGHT we should have to pay more. When i tell you to RUN from this company , I mean RUN!!! We since had one of the companies we had originally gotten an estimate from out. Wonderful young man. Said we had wasted our money. That what we had done made a problem that wasn't even there, a problem.
