The other zipper was repaired but he dropped glue on the bag told me it would go away. He was rude and uninterested in customer satisfaction. Told me to fix the next one at home. Will do, Sir. I will never bring any business to this place, again. There's a better place on Satellite Blvd. Should have taken my business there. Lesson learned! Lee has been here for 32 years, so I brought in another pair of dress shoes to get a polish since wearing them on the plane gets them dinged up. Picked them up today, they looked really nice. The soles were sturdy and I will bring them on my business trip next week to see how it goes. But I think this is a good spot for shoe repair and other items that need fixing. The salesperson is very aggressive and bored so she will follow you around encouraging you to "Just buy it, buy two".
