Second person was nice explained what was going on, she said she would get it taken care of and told me what it would me and they would Get them shipped I told her they have already been paid for and o owe nothing. I was suppose to get an email from someone and still to this day I have not received anything. They made me feel like I'm a Liar and I'm a criminal. Well I guess I'm out $79. They were having an insane sale on shoes, 60% off of already clearance priced shoes. I walked out the door with a new pair of runners regular priced at $99, on clearance for $79 and discounted down to $30! Now that's awesome! The customer service at this store cannot be beat! My only downfall is that at times, the upselliing became extremely annoying to the point that I walked out of the store in disgust, but came back after calming down and wanting to take advantage of the sale they had going on.
