I called and they said they would send someone out. They never did. I received a bill in the mail so called the office inquiring when I asked for a re-clean and they never came out. My dogs are nervous dogs as they are rescues and sometimes get nervous pee or poop if they don't know the person (last time they didn't have an accident Molly Maid was there) this time they did. It was not cleaned up and my furniture was just placed over it. I was not called or notified. I have real hardwood floors from 1950. When I called they said they don't "typically" clean up messes. So based on the conversation it depends who it is. I understand this but to not call a customer and let them know "hey we scared your dog / they got nervous and had an accident but we didn't clean it up", should have been done. We have fired them and moving forward with another company.
