I had a few items to sell, and from my very first visit, I could tell I was dealing with someone who is honest, respectful, and genuinely kind. What really impressed me was when I found an old gold ring I no longer needed. I arrived at 5:58 p.m., just two minutes before closing. The door was already locked, but he saw me, came to the door, and took the time to help me anyway. He never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. I honestly thought I might get around $30 for the ring. When he offered me $230, I was absolutely floored! I'd heard people say Gold King pays some of the best prices around, and now I know it's true. One thing I really appreciate is that he's extremely knowledgeable. He clearly knows his business and takes pride in what he does. He's fair, honest, and respectful, but he's also experienced and knows the value of what he's buying and selling. That gave me a lot of confidence that I was dealing with someone who truly knows his craft. They also have a gaming store right next door, which my son enjoyed checking out. It's a great place if you're into video games and collectibles. If you're looking for a place that's honest, fair, knowledgeable, and offers excellent prices, I highly recommend Gold King. They have a interesting collection of both new and used musical instruments as well as the usual stuff you find in pawn shops. Good experience, nice down home folks.
