I'm from California - the land of the self service car wash. Washington has no such thing. It's so frustrating! So my car hadn't been really washed in months and I couldn't go another day without cleaning it. I called around 8:40 on a Tuesday and they were open and had a slot to take me that morning. I drove over immediately. They helped me fast and were able to customize the service I wanted. I wanted the wash n wax but wanted a vacuum too. I left it and they said 2 hours and they were damn near on the nose with that estimate. Upon arrival they showed me the car and helped me with the paperwork. Explained what they did. The bummer is that it's technically a detail not just a car wash. So what I paid $125 for here would've been probably $60 or so in Cali. But it looks beautiful! They did an incredible job and I WILL be back. read more

We brought in our 12 year old small SUV with black upholstery for a full interior detail, and it came out looking fantastic! My car wasn't THAT dirty, but enough to have me bring it in and get deep cleaned. My main concerns were the floors on the driver side and the center console. The products I have at home just couldn't clean it well. My car had no floor mats so the leaves and dirt over time just wouldn't come out with a standard home vacuum. Dropped off at 830a and it was ready by 1230p. Was so so pleased when I picked up! The inside looked and smelled like brand new! The owner, Ed, helped check me out and I told him about my lack of floor mats from when I bought the car at the dealership and asked him for tips on where to buy one for cheap. He graciously offered to give me one he had that fit my car, on the house! The service here was great! Hard to come by these days. Will definitely come back! Go here! These guys have amazing customer service! I ride my motorcycle to work nearly every day, and always pass this shop. My bike started acting up and I had a decision to make, try to keep going or pull over. I pulled into their parking lot about 7am, bike stalled, and would not Start back up. 30 minutes later, I'm still there waiting for my wife, and Ed shows up to open the business. Tries to help me get it started for a little bit, still won't start, and he offered to let me leave it there for the day to make arrangements. I had the wife drop off a trickle charger and asked them if they would charge it for me and they said they would. At this point, with all their generosity, I figured the bike was filthy after a winter of riding, and I asked them if they would wash and shine the bike. Came back that afternoon, bike started right up, and looks better than it has in 6 months! It's a lot of work to polish all that chrome, and $60 was well worth it! We tried this business for the first time on the basis of favorable online reviews; first went to the shop to have the owner examine our 2019 Volvo XC60 and recommend which service would be appropriate; he recommended the "Mini Detail'" and then further recommended the Ceramic Pro Coating System for up to 5 years of paint protection; after doing online research regarding Ceramic Pro and Competitors, we chose the Mini Detail for now; PAAS did a great job; the car looked better than when we purchased the car in June (a CPO); we will definitively take our car back for a Spring Detail or Ceramic Pro Coating. read more

Did a great job on my car today. I dropped it off this morning and was able to pick it up at my convenience later in the afternoon. I had their complete service which includes the inside and outside done and I am very pleased with how wonderful a job they did. My car is a 2010 Mazda 3 and although I take good care of it, after 8+ years, multiple cross country trips and recent hiking trips that took me on dirt roads, let's just say it needed some extra attention besides just a vacuum and run through a car wash. I was hoping that after this service "Zip" ( my car) would look newish again as I plan to keep him for another 100K miles/5 years. And PAAS did not fail on this goal. They managed to get the stain out of the front seat, all the carpets after their shampoo and cleaning looked new again. Plus all those seemingly impossible areas to reach, they in fact got into all of them and spiffed up incredibly well. And as a bonus....they found my nice pair of glasses I managed to lose about 2+ years ago ( no idea where they found those, since i scoured the car at the time of losing, but the glasses had reappeared when I picked up Zip after hours.) Staff was super friendly, very professional and again did a fantastic job. It is a little pricy, but totally worth it to have a car look near new as one can be after 118K miles on it. Thanks PAAS!!! I was told to bring it to them. I didn't have an appointment they cleaned off my engine in 15min. I saw zach and he was very professional. They even back up your car to make it easier to leave there parking lot. Although they could use a bigger space. Definitely didn't disappoint. I decided to keep my 5 year old car after it was paid off. To make it seem new again, I had all of its scratches and dings fixed and then I had my first ever auto detailing done at Pacific Avenue Auto Spa. The result was the car looks and smells like it did when I drove it off the lot in 2013. I know there are some sketchy detailing places, so I relied on Yelp reviews to find this place and I now join the chorus of praise for Ed the owner and his crew. I paid for the complete detail package and it was done to perfection. An employee went over the car with me when I dropped it off and again when I picked it up. The car was done on time and I was not kept waiting at either end of the transaction or when I dropped by to check the place out and make my reservation. I intend to keep this car for a while because it is nice to not have a car payment for the first time in a long time, and after this experience, I think it might get a thorough detailing once a year or so from now on. read more

As a business owner there's nothing the irritates me more then layers. I called asking to bring my car in for a wash. Asked specifically how much it will be and was told 40$. I was gone for a month and my car, 2011 jetta, had to sit in the rain, snow and ice. There must have been quite a bit of moisture in the thing because condinsation built up and mold developed. A friend highly recommended this place to me as having just delt with the same issue in his car. He said they got rid of all the mold and detailed the car to like new. I called them up to schedule an appointment and asked if they had a way to deal with the mold. The guy just said "nahp" and emediatly hung up. I think he was saying something between nah and nope. .. but either way I'm taking my business somewhere else. I found a place in olympia that was very professional and curtious. read more

Small car wash. We just drove from Texas to WA, needless to say, our car was wrecked. Bugs everywhere, crumbs in the car, etc. They spent an hour hand cleaning interior and exterior of the vehicle. We were charged $50 for the cleaning (not a full detail). They did blow out the crevices though, which was high priority for us. Good service and reasonable price for how much they did. read more
