The discolorations were blended and hardly noticeable and the scratches were greatly minimized. The floors are shiny but not too glossy and look almost brand new. Received the sleeves and went to install them by first cutting them down to the correct height. That was when I realized that they were too narrow to fit the chandelier. Went back to store to return them and they would not refund me for the sleeve that was cut. i explained that I was returning the sleeves because they didn't fit, not because I changed my mind. Tammy made an error in measuring the sleeve I brought to her when I first placed the order, and I paid the price for it. The sleeves are not expensive and it is not the money I am upset about. I'm upset because I was treated poorly for a mistake she made. The reason I went to lighting company in the first place was to get help from the so-called experts. I had to, tell them which ones to move and which ones they could leave it was unnecessary I thought for me to be so specific. Basically they were only interested in the traffic areas which made cleaning the carpets so much faster. The owner did vacuum the carpet and had his daughter work the shampoo part of the job. She didn't answer any of my questions. Even small talk was ignored with no response.. I thought this kinda strange. It was as if she didn't want to be there Bottom line the carpets travel areas were done correctly it seemed. All other areas were glossed over. For actually shampooing 1/2 the room in a couple cases I was charged full price... I don't think I will use them again to clean my carpets.
