The receptionist scheduled the appointment for Saturday. When I called on Saturday to confirm the appointment the person I spoke with was initially unable to find the booking. Eventually she found it. Upon arriving with my daughter for her appointment, I was told again that they couldn't find the booking. When the lady at the front desk eventually found it, I was told that I had only requested one service and that the stylist didn't have enough time to do a silk press. Well, let's just say this was the best hair treatment that I have received in a very long time well 5 years to be exact. I went natural and this was my very first silk press and yes I got the works done. Let's just start with the amazing customer service I received when I just walked in and then the ambiance was just as amazing a the service. My stylist was Jonyece and she was very professional and she made sure that I was aware of all of my services and she definitely had the hands of magic because my natural hair came out so beautiful. Parking was easy to find and there were lots of shops and restaurants to consider when I was done. My stylist was great at asking questions about what I was looking for; color, cut, length, etc. before moving forward she confirmed pricing so there were no surprises.
