Why bother booking appointments if you can't keep them. Waiting 30+ minutes on a booked appointment Is unacceptable.

There will not be a next time because I will not go back, I will not tolerate a nail technician to say "I hate you" because, the person next to me wants to pay for a new set of nails instead of the weirdly shaped ones she had the previous month before. I could see the person next to me was uncomfortable when the nail technician made the comment, and the nail tech didn't seem to care, it rolled off her tongue like she's said it before. She not only said it once but twice!!! How management (whoever you are) allows such behavior is beyond me, it's not funny, it's very unprofessional, and disrespectful for a consumer to watch. My tech stopped partway through my set to tell me to relax.... The feeling of relaxing is far from the truth, and how can someone relax. Never once did the nail technician apologize or say she was joking for the comments she expressed today! It's clear to me when I did speak up immediately every single one of them talk in their language which makes for a very uncomfortable situation one that I hope to never experience again. read more

Very rude, pretend to not know English, constantly try to upsell you, won't explain what you get for the service!

I had a new set and pedicure with shellac done. The girls were very nice and did a good job. It was very busy, they kept taking clients so the clients with appointments had to wait. I had an add on spa treatment for my pedicure, she said it would be an extra 10 minutes on my legs and feet but it was only about 3 minutes. read more

I had the worst experience at this salon. It's not my regular place, but as I feared for another lock down I wanted to make sure I got my nails done before salons were closed. (Thankfully they're not, but that makes this worse) I went in Tuesday night to have my shellac removed and replaced. The lady that did my nails barely spoke 2 words to me, she kept pulling my hand closer to her, and I was already seated as close as I could be, so I was extremely uncomfortable. It's now Thursday, and I am removing the nails at home by myself, as all of my fingers are swollen and I am having extreme itching by my cuticles. After taking my pinky nail off... my nail is yellow and partially missing (no it wasn't from me taking it off, I am very careful). I do not recommend this place, and I will NEVER go back read more

anna is the absolute worst lady I've ever met in my 5 years of getting pedicures, they made a appointmen for 8 ppl at the same ppl with only 3 staff members, they were so rushy with service, anna grabbed my child and rushed her out of her seat and was basically throwing the colors at her she's only a little girl, do not reccomened anyone ever coming here, the absolute most rushed and rude service I've ever had read more

The service is great... always nice and friendly staff. They do a wonderful job with pedicures and manicures. The also do a fantastic job with gel nails. They aren't pushy with extras like all the other nail places. They offer once and that's all, they don't keep asking you if you want stuff over and over again. read more

I love this nail salon. I always go here. There super clean, they always sterilize everything!! There fast and really nice, they make conversation with you and customer service is great! They take there time but they are fast as well! There pricing is also really great! Highly recommend and I never leave there disappointed!!:) read more

Nails were awful, the glued on tips for coffin nails looked like they were flying off my fingers. My pedicure didn't make my feet soft, the polish wore off after a couple days (first day on vacation it had peeled off), the nails weren't shaped well.... the ends of the nails were very sharp, ALSO...... got a fungal infection on my finger tips.... now this is assumed it's from the nail studio, but they did not disinfect between the person before me and myself.... also, after gel / acrylic is applied, you put your hands under the light.... the bottom that you rest your hands on was disgusting... not clean at all.... and since my fingertips were the only part touching the bottom, and thats the only parts of my hand with fungal infection, I feel it fits the bill!!!! .... felt like it hadn't ever been cleaned. Will NEVER return!!! Unhygienic. The tech also cut through two of my nails with the grinder trying to remove two tips she cut way to short, and when i said it hurt, she said that if i would have given her a better description on the length of my nails, she wouldn't have to do this!! I have never experienced this at other nail salons before..... dissatisfied.... I'm not one to ever complain, but this needed to be said! read more
