Chuck did such a good job replacing the roof on the 2006 trailer that I didn't even look around I took the 2014 trailer to him right away as I knew I could trust his work and had him replace the roof and do some other little things that needed attention. They were quick to respond and Julie was a model of proficiency to help us on our way. We rented a 24FT Four Winds. It had everything we needed and a great layout. The entire staff was great, and no trick gotcha hidden fees in that fine print you don't catch. During our trip Julie was readily available for any questions we had while in the far north. While all components worked, this motorhome was built during Covid and it was clear quality and workmanship had taken a hit.
