I have had a few Ram diesels and have had lots of mechanics work on my trucks, however I have now found the only shop I will let work my trucks. They not only found what was wrong with my truck, which two other very popular shops within 50 miles could not and after lots of $$$ in the trash / in their pockets but Specialized did. I won't go into detail on how much out of their way they went, however it was more appropriated than I can ever thank them for. This shop gave me hope in humanity again and trust. Thanks for helping my 2019 Ram 3500 mega cab run good again and I can't wait until y'all can make it run even better. They even trained me on equipment on my truck they didn't install. I decided that Oliver seemed like a decent guy who genuinely loved his work so I gave him my business. I gave him my car and $4400 up front so he could order everything he needed to immediately to get started (this story was my learning experience). Oliver has held my car ransom for almost a year and a half now. He has gone out of his way to NOT communicate with me during this whole ordeal. He has been consistently rude to my wife and myself regardless of him being in the wrong. He tells me exactly what he thinks I want to hear to get rid of me. As of August 10th I was told the shop was shutting down and my car had to be towed somewhere else, unfinished. It is not in driving condition and no body work has been done. This guy knows my wife and I raise 2 of my younger sisters and a daughter of my own and I require 2 working vehicles. I have been more than understanding and more patient than I obviously should have. In the end this has been the worst piece of business I've ever been a part of, the work I paid for is still unfinished, and I've lost money, time, and almost my job at one point. Faith based business indeed.

After they closed this summer, took my car to a new mechanic who inspected the car and reviewed all receipts for previous repairs. Monroe Motorwerkes charged me about $900 for the valve cover gaskets to be replaced - guess what? They never did the work!! I tracked Bill the owner down to Streamline Auto Repair and he called me swearing up & down he did the work. A few days later he said he would replace them at no cost to me because he wanted to "make things right." Do you think I can get ahold of this low life POS? He won't return calls, emails, or even text messages. Anyone who has had repairs done by him should take their vehicle to a shop and have their receipts reviewed, you too may have repairs that were paid for and not done by this disgraceful person.
