The most honest and trustworthy RV dealer you will ever experience. My fourth Rv and the best one I ever owned. Lance.

Leo was our salesman who even had our new RV detailed for us without our asking and gave me a used hitch to tow it with!

I learn that it's part of rv ownership after some times and research. Open road rv has been exceptionally accommodating, helping, supporting, with a lot of patience and always made things rights. Dimitiry in service is the nicest guy to work with and Jim, the service manager is very helpful and hop in to trouble shoot anything that came along the way. Stan the head technician is a master and very knowledgeable, there is nothing he can't figure out. Thank you team, you made me my journey as good as it can be. Highly recommended to anyone who interested in rv and know he will go through issues as part of the game. Open road rv right on!

We recently bought an East to West Alta trailer from this dealer and things went pretty smooth…read more Shout out to the following people that made this happen: - Wes for showing us around the RVs and answering all the questions my kids had. He was super friendly and easy to work with. - Kevin for doing the walkthrough with us and being very helpful in explaining how things work. Kevin also resolved the issue with the spare tire and exterior gas grill on the same day as our pick up. - Jim for resolving a miscommunication issue with the hitch we brought. He set us up with a hitch head that we could use to take the RV back home instead of having to wait until next week (didn't have an issue driving 35mph on the backroads to our home). Do note to let them know if you are bringing a ProPride hitch though. Now for the bad part - the RV does use fittings intended for PEX lines with flexible vinyl hoses, which will eventually end up in leaks. It's 2025 and just because others do the same is no excuse for doing things wrong (actually both alliance and jayco were using pex line with pex fittings on the ones I saw). It's not hard to change, just annoying. Do me a favor - send Forest River a complaint about this and I'll give you the star back... they are probably losing more in sales and goodwill than saving by doing the wrong thing mixing PEX and vinyl like that!

This was a terrible experience. We picked up an RV and upon arriving to our campsite we noticed a…read morerip in the awning. We immediately called five star and reported the damage and they said they would note it and take care of it. We now just got our security deposit back with $250 less because of awning damage. I would rent an rv from somewhere else, Justin the service manager cursed at me on the phone and hung up after I asked him for the protocol for damage transactions. There are many different places to rent RVs from and I would highly advise that you choose a different place. This is some of the worst customer service and disrespect I have ever received.

I…read morerefuse to write a long diatribe of a Yelp review as I am a small business owner myself, but trust me when I say that I have had an out of the box horrible experience with this company; and I am usually beyond patient with these types of things -Broken down RV including busted kitchen extenders (that you had to physically push out and pull in), light fixtures falling out, broken power steering, water pump not being set correctly, charging plug out, radio didn't work, mattress was too long for bed, so rear hatch wouldn't shut correctly, on and on and on (I'm sure I'm forgetting things). All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run

And I have bought a lot of things in my life. But this experience has made me a loyal Speedway customer for the rest of my life! I bought a used RV and we all know they have issues. She disclosed everything about this unit and helped me take care of everything with the service department, who did an amazing job with the repairs and everything else that I added to it. Holly was the most personable and happy to help sales rep during the entire time...and I must have called her a million times with questions and concerns that were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I also had an amazing team in the service dept. Stacie and Jason were amazing for solving all the issues that it already had and all the add ons that I needed for it to be a great unit for us to use! I mean EVERY time I called they were just happy to help and I had major concerns about doing this and being so far away that I could not be there in person, and they were my eyes and ears during the whole process, but I wanted a certain size and layout and I had to find one 1200 miles away. Everything was handled and I was finally ready to go get it a few weeks later. When I got there to pick it up the generator failed. But the sales manager James stepped in and solved the problem within minutes! They got everything finished and even had an amazing tech named Sofia do a walk through with me and teach me about the unit. I'm telling you that I am a difficult customer with very high standards and sometimes I am darn near impossible to impress...but the people at Speedway RV definitely have impressed me!!! What a fantastic crew to deal with!! I can't recommend them enough. If you need sales or services of any kind...I would call them first! Ask for Holly and you will get the experience of a lifetime!!! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I am one happy camper!!!

Undisclosed problems: Multiple defects surfaced within a short time after purchase (including leaks and plumbing issues), despite being told the RV had gone through inspection. These were later confirmed by a licensed technician. Refused responsibility: When I requested reimbursement for clearly documented repairs, they denied it and claimed I "didn't give them a chance," which was not accurate. Missed mediation / weak follow-through: They did not appear for the scheduled mediation and presented a very poor defense in court. Delayed repair on known issue: An awning motor defect was identified at pickup and promised to be fixed immediately or within a week. This took nearly two months of back-and-forth before it was completed. Paperwork errors: My loan was submitted with the wrong phone number, which delayed my ability to make my first payment and required me to resolve it directly with the lender. No accountability: At no point did they acknowledge these issues or offer an apology. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership based on my experience.
