Satellite Advantage installed a Dish Playmaker on the roof of my '07 Bounder on Friday, Jan 21, 2022. During the initial walk-thru, I explained to the Store Manager that we wanted the satellite signal routed through my AV switch box so we could continue to select Satellite TV or the DVD player to both the front and rear TV sets. I also explained that we have the system routed through the coach's audio system. He assured me that they could take care of these requests. After the install, we discovered that the DVD player and audio system connections were not made. Our rear TV is now inoperative and we have no DVD or audio system playback. I returned to the store on Monday, Jan 24th, and the Manager remembered our coach and the requests. He assured me they would come to our camp site that week and correct the issues prior to our departure from Quartzsite on Friday. I gave him my number and he said they would call prior to coming out. We never received a call and our system is still down. I was very pleased with my initial contact as they seemed professional. I am now very disappointed with the thoroughness of their work and their lack of follow thru. I will not recommend them to others. read more

Called to inquire cost to install Togo roadlink C2 and was told $100 per hour and should take 1 - 1.5 hrs. Technician was first rate and came out the next day. Only problem is that I was in Yuma and was not informed about the mobile service fee ($50.00) and the trip charge ($100.00) so was completely shocked when I had to pay the bill! A company that is really dedicated to customer service should have at least thrown me a bone. A $25.00 rebate would have softened the blow. read more

You can't find a better company if you try. We were in Las Vegas and tried everything we could to get our system up and running. We had had it for several years and seldom had a problem, but this time, it wouldn't work! I called Paul and he generously gave of his time and knowledge to help us through. He explained service calls are expensive and if he could help trouble shoot via phone, it would be better. This is by far the best place to go for your satellite needs in an RV. We had had two other techs in other areas of the country work on our satellite but they were never able to fix the issue which was that when we deployed the satellite it could take hours to lock in. Clancy took one look at our set up and knew what was wrong. He had the part we needed and he had us up and running in no time. What great customer service. While on a long RV road trip my Dish receiver quit working correctly. I took the receiver to them and within a few hours it was all fixed and working great, all for a tiny $15 fee. I was also given many helpful hints on how to avoid issues like I had. I was charged for an install kit none used,the installer drilled holes inside the cabinet above the entertainment center and did not bother using grommet just left splinters and jagged hole exposed..However revised rating because Paul worked with us to correct any problems he could solve.. read more
