The owner wasn't there for the wedding but she was pleasant to work with throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding. However, the lady that was there that helped us, I think her name was Jennifer, was absolutely terrible. She tried to control the wedding by telling us who and who could not walk down the aisle. She was constantly trying to dictate how the wedding was performed. We finally had to tell her that we didn't need her input. Later in the evening, my Mom walked into the kitchen and Jennifer was legitimately stealing food. There was a lot of Salsa and she was taking the salsa from a container and putting it in a personal jar. Her response was "You walked in at the wrong time." We also had to clean everything from taking out trash to wiping counters and mopping the kitchen. I think a lot of it was the responsibility of the employees but I'm not sure on that. Jennifer was extremely dishonest and made the wedding ceremony a little bit of a nightmare. Three stars were given just because of The Loft being a nice place and well decorated. Also, the kitchen is really dirty and greasy.

They have the front desk woman explain procedure and proper throwing techniques. I didn't have enough strength or rotation in my shoulder to get the ax to stick in the board & was becoming increasingly annoyed with her coming to watch us & critique how I threw. I clearly did not care to be there and the constant critique only added to my annoyance of the choice of venue for our date night. I would have welcomed the help if I wanted it, but it made me feel as if I was belittled and incompetent with the constant babysitting and tips. We were the only ones in there, but was made to make a reservation with an open store.
