The space in size was great! The separate entrance for vendors was ideal. The kitchen had everything a cater would need to prep for your event even though it's no cooking on site. The owner LaDonna and husband Gerald were awesome! They made sure that everything flowed smoothly for me. The hospitality they offered was beyond being just business owners; my experience was very personable. LaDonna made suggestions throughout my planning process and I absolutely loved the ideas! That all went well. We then had a few appetizers and that was good. We watched the presentation of food cooking. We all expected that we would be getting served food items as they were explained. The demonstration was ok. We came hungry and thought things should have happened sooner. When the demonstration was over we were then told to go to the buffet. We were very surprised. It was like being at a banquet/wedding. Then when our 2 glasses of wine came out - that was really sad. The wine was about a shots worth of wine each glass. No where near a glass of wine that was poured at your bar. Sad. Not very good advertising. We all tried the crème brûlée . One was cooked all the way through. One was cooked 1/2 way through and one was like soup. We were not sure which was right. We paid around $170.00 for this meal. If we would have went to a nice restaurant we would have been served had great food and had decent drinks. Your food was good tasting. The chicken Parmesan was not hot.
