This small recreational and medical cannabis shop is a newest addition to our little ocean side community embracing the long overdue legalization of cannabis in our state. The lobby is clean and bright, and the young lady checking me in friendly professional and kind. With only two bud tenders the morning of my visit there was a short wait. There is a pretty large retail clothing and swag shop across from the check in desk. The actual cannabis retail room is well lit and very clean. My young bud tender was very friendly and helpful as well. My only issue is the selection of flowers was not as diverse as I was hoping being our neighborhood (Humboldt county) is known as a Mecca of and for 5 Star top shelf strains. Fresh "old school" A bud is/was lacking. The selection of concentrates seems to be the driving focus, as it's available in almost every other known form. There are a couple overhead chalkboards with the various lists of products and what's currently in stock. The prices are competitive with most other recreational shops on all of the concentrations. Flower prices seemed in line with the norm as well. I found the cartridge I was looking for and was given a 15% discount on my first visit as well. A good shop, not great. I've been to like 50 different dispensaries and this is definitely one that stands out. For $18 I bought an 1/8th, and it was equal quality as many $50 1/8ths in many dispensaries. I personally don't care if a dispensary is ultra-clean and pristine, I care about who works there and the product. Just the other day I bought 1/4 Oz. for $44 and it's really good. I couldn't be happier with the pricing, this is exactly how it should be. All of the staff are really nice and I am checked on by multiple employees every time I go. I haven't bought any of the $50+ 1/8ths but I imagine they're pretty quality. They also grow in-house through Talking Trees. This 1/4 oz I bought, some of the proceeds go to bailing people out of jail/prison for weed related charges. Personally, this is probably the only place I've been to where I didn't feel like I was getting jipped. I walked away with a good 1/4 of Wedding Cake, and for the first time since I had a dealer I feel like I'm actually getting my money's worth. read more

There is always friendly, patient people to greet and help you out. I have a lot of questions because I am a medical patient and careful of what I ingest. They answer my questions and make excellent suggestions for me. It's been a learning process since I've started using cannabis in order to get off other medications (that have been black-boxed) so I appreciate their time and concern. I'm sad to have to leave this review because this used to be my favorite place to go. I stopped by today to buy my usual 1/4 ounce of flower and a .5g cartridge, but when I presented the bud tender with my receipt from my last cartridge purchase, along with the still full (unused) cartridge and asked for an exchange, telling the man that it was DOA (didn't work at all), he told me that wouldn't be possible due to their 24 hr return policy. Btw, this is the first and only time I've received a bad cartridge or attempted to return anything here. I politely explained that I wasn't aware of that p policy and asked to speak to a manager. He said that no managers were available, that he was the senior bud tender, and there was no chance of any help and I was out the $50. Drove in over 2 hours to pick up a special order that I was told was being delivered that day. The management had my name and phone number on a list of patients seeking one specific strain of plant that treats cancer patients exceptionally well. When we arrived we were told their truck was robbed the night before and their was nothing they could do. But since we were first time customers we were offered 15% off the small selection of plants they had available (none of which were comparable to the CBD content of the strain we spent a day of travel and ga$ to retrieve). This experience alone will not keep me from returning, and maybe my 2 stars will improve with time, but it seems these folks need to get their business in order. It would have been great to have received a phone call saying my order wouldn't be ready, like at any other farmacy. Additionally, I should have been offered more than just the deal every first time customer gets AND received an apology from mgmt directly AND been guaranteed a discounted rate of the plants we drove up here for as soon as they do arrive. Nice to have a decent dispensary .3 mi. from home! Very nice, very secure, friendly, dispensary. Bud tenders are knowledge and attentive to your needs. A great selection of Cannabinol products and therapeutic tinctures, whether you like to eat, vape, rub, or smoke your medicine. Prices are slightly higher than other places, but only slightly, and once in awhile I'll find they do not have what it is that I require. I have only gotten great service here! My second visit to buy some CDB oil was not very successful. They had "some", but not the brand I wanted. So I got different stuff that was not as good as Pappa & Barkley! OTHR THAN THAT, they carry MUCH weed, hash, oils tinctures, smokes vapes,(I'm sure), and about ANY cannabis you may desire! They have some familiar brands like Kiva and Care By Design, but what we came for was their wonderful selection of local products, and in this category they excel. All employees we interacted with were very friendly, helpful, and sober. One of my favorite dispensaries! They're incredibly helpful and friendly here. The place is very organized and the menu is displayed on screens so you can know what's in store. This is hands down my favorite dispensary in Humboldt. I had no idea it even existed until like 2 months ago. I'm soo glad I found it, because I was sleeping on Satori for waay to long! The prices on stuff like edibles, vape cartridges, and pre rolls, are cheaper then any other places I've gone in Humboldt. I way paying $45 for vape cartridges at hprc, and now I pay $35 for one at Satori. And the ones from Satori are WAY better quality. The employees are all super cool, and always so helpful. After getting a faulty oil cartridge I went back to satory wellness to try to exchange it for another one they put my cartridge on a few different batteries they had in the shop and the cartridge did not work finally the sales person opened up a very very expensive battery pack and put my cartridge on there and it worked. Due to this I was not able to exchange my cart my cartridge and instead was told to buy the more expensive battery. I asked if they could show me some products that would work with the cartridge I ought with the battery that I already had they told me that there was no solution and that I should buy the very expensive battery. Considering I got no money back for my faulty cartridge or my badge experience I am going to take my money elsewhere. I have been a loyal and repeat customer going there once or twice a week for a few months now and I feel this is extremely disrespectful to such a loyal customer. read more

I've had quite a few people recommend this place and I've enjoyed going. It's the first dispensary I've been to and it's really nice, well decorated little place, more like a hipster coffee shop then anything else. I wish the staff were a little more informed on the technical aspects of cannabis use, specifically CBD products but what they lack in knowledge they make up for in kindness. I also wish they had more higher dose edible CBD products, as a chronic pain sufferer that's what I'm really looking for, but they still have a diverse selection. This is where it's at y'all! Prices since 64 are outrageous but this place knows the drill. They've got prices to compete with. Best prices on Northern Emeralds live resin anywhere. Great selection of TPS. Flowers on on point. Always a few that are better than others. They could use a few more edibles, but what they have, are solid. Only place up here I've seen Gold Drop carts. Highly recommend those. All around great place. Friendly. They've been kind to my mom as well which gets them bonus points.
