Dr. Ajmani did all the that needed to be done up inside me under anesthesia so there was no pain during, and no pain after these procedure tests. Her bedside manor was always professional, and forthright. If only she was still here, I would not be in this predicament now that I need help again. My search continues and I am hoping I don't have to travel from Eureka to some faraway place to get the proper care I need and deserve.

I had a horrible experience. Dr. Ajmani's bedside manor was…read morenot friendly, nor was she even polite. She was very curt when she came in and seemed uncomfortable from the moment she walked in. After beginning the exam and pushing on my pregnant stomach repeatedly to the point of discomfort, she told me that she couldn't check my baby because I had "too much fat" and she couldn't "feel anything" (she also used the word "obese"). Also, despite the fact that I told her before the exam that I had psoriasis - a non-contagious genetic skin condition, she recoiled when she saw the spots in my pubic area and asked if I had a yeast infection. When I told her, no, it's psoriasis, she continued to insist that it was a yeast infection and even sent me away with a prescription for an anti-fungal cream. I was already nervous going to see a new obstetric doctor as I have always been a big girl - about 220 lbs. at the time of my pregnancy, but I have never been told by any other provider EVER during a routine PAP or pubic exam that they couldn't do their job because I had too much fat in the way! I am heavy, yes, and even technically obese, yes, but I am a very physically active, fairly fit, very clean and tidy person. I try my best to learn all I can about nutrition and took great measures to improve my diet during my pregnancy. It was my first child and I was both exhilarated and terrified at the prospect of having a baby and the last thing I needed was a doctor stomping all over my already fragile confidence and making me feel even more paranoid (about nothing) than I already was... I changed doctors immediately and started going to Eureka OB/GYN office practically next door and the very first midwife I saw was appalled by my experience. She told me that no matter how heavy I was, if the doctor knew what they were doing, she could easily perform the exam. The midwife was over and done with the entire exam (at 22 weeks pregnant) within 10 minutes and she was very kind and made me feel comfortable despite my being overweight. I also saw Dr. Deepak Stokes (who delivered my baby) who was shocked about the psoriasis confusion as he had psoriasis himself and couldn't understand how one could be mistaken for the other. Overall, the staff at my new doctor office was very friendly and professional and allowed me to feel good about becoming a mother and supported my desire to take care of myself and improve my health as much as possible during my pregnancy. The other doctors who I had seen previously who worked in the same office as Dr. Ajmani were not bad, but after my experience, I couldn't walk back into that office without suffering from major anxiety. Please, do not see this doctor if you have any sort of skin condition or are overweight as she seems to be unable to retain professionalism when exposed to either condition.

The entrance was opened, so I didn't have to handle any doorknobs. I was greeted by a woman who had me immediately sanitize my hands, took my temperature with a contactless thermometer, and asked me a few covid-related questions. After that checkpoint, I was ready to get checked in to the facility and head to the medical department. I often use my time in the waiting room to catch up on emails using the Potawat Health Village free WiFi, but I have never been left waiting long. I have had pleasant experiences with all departments and the facility is very smoothly run. I am very blessed to be able to utilize this facility and they always take care of me.

Having been to a lot of dentists, I've experienced everything from hygienists performing acupuncture on my gums to not being properly numbed for a filling to having two root canals done on the same tooth on the same day because the first guy did it wrong and sent me to his mentor to fix it. NOTHING LIKE THAT WOULD EVER HAPPEN WITH DR. WONENBERG! Seriously, this man is the best dentist I've ever had (and in spite of the horror stories above, I've had some good ones). Great touch, definitely cares about the patients and the work he and his staff do, and he's at the front edge of modern dental technology. If you need a dentist and you can get Dr. Wonenberg, you won't just be happy, you'll be truly blessed.

She noticed and addressed things not just related to my lower back and having just completed my time with her, I legitimately feel stronger and like I'm more in control of my muscles and body movements. She was also delightful to work with - very personable and I often found myself laughing during our sessions. I complained and they responded with some BS about in-network/out-of-network, it's the insurance company's fault. No, it's simple. I paid them and then they kept my reimbursement from the insurance company. It's 7 weeks since the last appointment. It's clear I'm not getting my money back. It was just $185, so there's no legal option really. I'm just concerned that another client might not notice before they're out of a lot more money. James M. replied that they told me they were not accepting my insurance. Not true. They took all my information and said they would file the claims and see if they were accepted. James M. claimed that they cut ties with the insurance company in Sept. (I still have the email), If so, why did they file the claims in Dec. and Jan.? The insurance company did not accidentally pay James M.'s business. They filed the claims and my insurance company paid them to James M.'s business. And they didn't mention that to me.
