You just need to be discerning and don't have high hopes for nothing but glitz and glamor. We have purchased some fruits and vegetables, which we have not complaints about. We also have purchased some beautiful healthy plants at reasonable prices, as well as some "garage sale" type items that saved us from having to traverse neighborhoods looking for said type items. They do have vendors that sell miscellaneous "junk" and we have bought a few items from them as well. This may not be a place for the bougie, albeit we did see some booths with bougie (in our minds eyes) items for sale. Even though we have been here a few times I still don't think we have traversed the entire property. There is just so much and so many booths. We'll be back again. Your choice, based upon the totality of the reviews here, whether to spend a couple hours checking it out.

This flea market is also across from home depot. Next door to racetrack gas station. The surroundings is outdoor and sand / dirt when you walk around. It can get really hot and warm at times so prepare to wear sunscreen sunglasses and a hat and cool clothing. They have a few mexican trucks here serving tacos etc. I have also seen kettle corn as well. So this flea market also has indoor booths. I have seen fresh produce being sold here , vintage used items, incense sticks booth, Asian booth selling misc items from kids toys to garden gadgets etc. I have scored a precious moments figurine (used) for $1. I mostly tackle used items because they are cheap when you negotiate. I cannot say much on the food being sold here but they get busy.

Looked up local thrift shops and the flea market popped up.. To my surprise it has both indoor and outdoor vendors. They have a little bit of everything. Mostly used (it's a flea market) but some antique treasures, dishes, tools, etc... to appliances, and a pet stop with fish and birds! Honestly, if you're looking for something that you don't even know you're looking for, you might find it here. You know what they say, "one man's junk is another man's treaure". Sellers seem nice, they greet you as you walk by. If you get hungry, there's a sitting area with a few food trucks. I went at the end of the day so it wasn't filled with a lot of shoppers and some stands were even closed but it was a nice little walk around. Lots of parking available but the walk path for the outside stands is sandy so wear closed toe shoes.

There's a lot to look through, & I always find myself taking my time b/c you never know what you're going to come across. I love to shop! Then, when you make your way to the back, you'll find the World of Food Trucks, which is 1 of my fave parts. After walking around & shopping, it's nice to have so many food options in 1 place. The only thing my son ended up finding was a little sign about Labradors (we have one, so that was a fun find). Other than that, most of the merchandise felt like inexpensive knickknacks, and we didn't see much that interested us. We also paid $5 to park, which surprised us given our overall experience. The Wildwood Antique Mall of Lakeland is part of the Wildwood Antique Mall chain. Wildwood Antique Mall claims to be one of the largest antique dealers in Florida. It was started in 2011, when 77-year-old Manny Pesco took his last $4,000 from his former auction business that had closed because of the 2008 recession and invested the money into the first Wildwood Antique Mall that took its name from the intersection it is located on. Other locations opened in Eustis, Vero Beach, and Titusville opened in the intervening years and the investment turned out to be a good one since all of the locations do around 5 million dollars annually. What makes this antique mall different from the other stores in the chain is the abundance of merchandise available from the theme parks. I found booths for both Universal and Disney items. The fun starts when you walk in the door and there is a carriage from Disney's Port Orleans resort out front and you are greeted by a velociraptor straight out of Universal Studios just inside the door. Wildwood Antique Mall of Lakeland has all of the typical booths of antiques you would expect to find but my favorite booths were the ones filled with Disney and Universal Studios merchandise. Recycling the Magic had a Splash Mountain log flume car, Vault Collectibles sells Disney and Universal studios props, and Melly's Remarket sells Disney art. My favorite booth was the Jurassic World Tribute store in the back of mall with a ton of Universal Studio items. They had an extensive horror collection and many other one of a kind items. I especially loved all of the Haunted Mansion items I found throughout the mall. If you are a theme park fan like me this is a must stop if you are in Lakeland. Prices for the real collectibles were more than I could afford but I found a Haunted Mansion Loungefly for only $25. There is something for everyone. Allow a few hours for a visit because this antique mall feels never ending. I could have easily spent all day here.

We came here with family the day after Christmas. We never would have found this market on our own…read more Off the main road, you have to drive on a winding dirt road until you reach the parking lot. They charge a dollar to park. Due to the timing, not all the booth spaces were occupied. We spent about a half hour walking around checking out the folks that were there. There weren't many folks shopping. The vendors are on grass and dirt. You have to be a bit careful walking around as there are many dips and holes in the ground. There was one produce vendor. We got some lovely huge radishes from them for only $1. Most of the other vendors were clothing, tools and accessories, jewelry and a couple household items. One vendor had a mix of antiques, junk, and collectibles. I did find a gal selling some miscellaneous items on a side table -- just to get rid of them at 50 cents apiece. From her, I bought a lovely sheesham wood box that had been spray painted silver. I'll use this for an art project. I also got a pretty silver and black bracelet. So, two bargains for just a $1. They're only open certain days. So double check before you make the trip. I imagine in season -- and not after a holiday -- that there are more vendors, and it would be more worthwhile. I'm still glad we got to go. Always like checking out the different markets and thrifts.

I stumbled upon an Instagram video showing off treasures in the Lakeland Antique Mall and knew I…read moreneeded to make a trip! The store is very large with tons of curated sections. There was a giant old school Mickey that greeted me at the door. I immediately gravitated to a large stack of pancakes that serve as a dish cover. Realistic food props are always my favorite accessory to buy for a house. In the back of the store was a large section of items from theme parks. Not just inside the parks themselves, but also pieces from hotels. Like even the phones from the hotel rooms! You can find all sorts of stuff. If you are into spooky stuff and like Halloween, there was lots of props and signs from Halloween Horror Nights. It was nice to see real antiques. Sometimes you go to antique stores but there are lots of vendors inside that have faurly new stuff. Mostly it was antiques. I purchased a few things like the stack of pancakes cover and a silver serving tray. I thought both items were priced decent. Definitely visit here while in Lakeland.

The food vendors here offer some amazing good. Here you will find some of the best representations of Latin food. Whether it be tacos, pupusas or so many other types of food, it is not only represented here, but that representation is stellar. The chicken is well cooked on the grill right in front of you. I swear I thought I was with my friends having a cook out with everyone just having a good time. They bring it to your table, the 1/2 chicken comes with rice and beans for 2 and salad, cebollita, chile asado, and they supply a homemade salsa that tastes so incredibly authentic. I am serious I was impressed about how good the food was. You will not regret this spot, it checked all my boxes.
