Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. Now my pedi is done and the young man is about to finish up my nails (he started while I was getting my pedi) and Lee ask me to pay before he starts because they would be closing soon. Sure I have no problem with that... my problem is when she brought the tap machine over and on the screen was my total and Lee says 'before you tap choose the your tip.' That's the worst thing any establishment can do is demand a tip.. I pay and proceed to get my nails finished. Now it's like 715p and this young lady walks in and ask for a mani and Lee tells her 'yes' , and she tells the young lady to wash her hands and take a seat at her table. We finished almost simultaneously but again, the problem is she didn't ask her to pay before she started her services. Yes I am a black woman and the young lady was white. I don't know the history of this place but and I know everything isn't about race but to ME... this seemed obvious that it was. Madeleine is great with layers - she gave me very well-blended curtain bangs, the perfect length, and of course the layers in the back. I was seated right away, and my tech got to work while I selected a color from a large binder of dip samples. Music was nice in the salon, pretty relaxing. My tech was working VERY fast, which at first, I was really impressed with. However, as my service progressed, I had to ask twice for re work since the dip application was not extending to the whole nail edges, and was looking lumpy. Towards the end of the service, there was no effort to try to clean the excess build up under my nails, which was THICK! I realized I was being rushed as 'a regular' came in, and was immediately catered to, which I totally understand, but that shouldn't short change my service quality that much. The price was affordable, but I'd rather pay $5-$10 more for a quality result that lasts, and that I don't have to spend 30 minutes cleaning myself. Unfortunately, as a first timer, I wouldn't go back or recommend for drop in services. Perhaps going regularly with an appointment would yield better service and results.
