However in this case it is different. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager since September 7th of 2023. When you visit in person they say they can give no contact and refer to the 1800 number. I have now been in contact with the 1800 number 4 times and been told 3x a manager would call back about this experience. The provider if I'm not mistaken whose name was Tammy it is the only provider who has noted on this bill was extremly unprofessional and carefree. I had a lab for a UTI that was lost/never delivered. I know this because they sent me a notification. No provider called me like normal with an update I then went in person to ask about. I was told yes It was lost and nothing they could do for me and id still have to pay the bill. Ridicuoules to charge for a service that was never completed. I ended up having to go to the emergency room the pain was so bad after waiting days to get my test results. Do not reccomend this location whatsoever.

Needless to say I survived, but I suffer today with pain from the injuries I got from that mission. The medical staff at Roudebush veterans hospital are helpful and do their best to alleviate my pain. Over the years I've gotten better, but I've realized I won't completely recover. You learn to live with that. I volunteered to do the hard stuff and I had a blast doing it. It just happened to bite back, but I'd give anything to be young again so I could do it all over. Just FYI.....parking is a scarce commodity there, but eventually you'll find spot. It's always nice to encounter other veterans while there. Their encouragement always helps.

I have had repeated issues with getting help for pain management at this VA. The Dr filling in for…read moremy PCP actually refused to prescribe what the pain clinic recommended and said I have to wait til my pcp returns in several weeks. I talked to every department i could think of and almost everyone says i need help, but nobody actually helps. I have heard "learn how to live with it" "I will not help you" and "thats for X department" and then i get kicked back and forth with nobody doing their job and helping me. I now have the crisis line on speed dial because of this ordeal. Only a very few people have taken the time to try to help me come up with solutions. I would advise having a pcp outside of the VA so you have someone you can reply on in case this happens to you.

There were a series of questions and tests administered to determine what her status was. We were given a sheet explaining what to expect with a concussion, as she was diagnosed 'Severely Concussed'. An exam summary with restrictions was provided for school. She's been progressing well and has weekly check ups to reevaluate her condition before she can return to full school or sports activities.
