I got a CPAP machine from a medical supply and that is where I got my instructions. The first time I wore the CPAP machine was for 13 minutes. I felt sick, bad anxiety, threw up and then had a panic attack. I called the office three times and used the patient portal as well, several times and no one called me back. In 2 weeks they never got back to me. Not once did the Doctor take time with me and the CPAP machine to help me learn and lessen the pressure, something. He never tried to adjust it or help me wear it. He took a ton of money from me. He had me coming back again and again. Home sleep studies etc.... He most likely never read anything but He charged me 165.00 everytime I saw him. Since his office, the lung and sleep center never got back to me and I could not wear it. I was what they call non-compliant. I found an awesome Doctor, Dr. Karim. He is kind and understanding. Because of Dr. Chaparala Now I cannot get a CPAP because Dr. Chaparla took my money, benefits and foolishly ruined everything for me in getting care and coverage. I was his patient. I paid all the money. I got the CPAP from the supply company. I had a hard time and I was blown off. It is called supervised neglect. Now with a good Doctor, my insurance declined a CPAP because I was " NON-compliant" Now that I have a caring Doctor who is willing to meet with me and the machine together to help me because of my life depends on it! Dr. Chaparla is only in for the money! This Doctor uses people like pawns to get all the money and benefits. I stop breathing 57 times in an hour. This is no game and I needed to be helped I called the office and on the internet to the patient portal. In the end, this Doctor has all the power. He took my benefits, I am Non-compliance with insurance. This Doctor never helped me and now I cannot get help elsewhere. Do not go here! Go to Dr, Karim, he cares.
