They had really great customer service to have the flowers ready with little notice. My bouquet turned out beautiful. I was charged $100 for my order. They provided a box to help carry the heavy vase. Additionally, I was helped to my car and they put the bouquet in my passenger seat and buckled the seat belt so it was secure the whole ride back. I was told they also offer delivery.

I saw an arrangement on the web site similar to what I wanted. When I called, the owner worked through my thoughts and designed a beautiful arrangement. She took 15 minutes with me on the phone to ensure everything would be just right. I am referring our family who live in Fort Lauderdale to Flowers by Sauchas for all their floral needs. Their arrangements may be beautiful, but corsages aren't their thing. VERY expensive and it was so small that I initially thought they made two boutonnières. And the white orchid had a brown spot right in the middle of it. read more

I really needed flowers ASAP for a friend who had an accident. The website has gorgeous flowers and they close today @6:30. When I arrived the door was locked so I knocked. A very pleasant lady came to the door and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I told her that wasn't possible. I asked her if I could just get something that was already made. She told me I'd have to come back. I don't think that is a good business practice considering your hours are until 6:30 read more

Excellent service! Ordered flowers to be delivered the day of and Flowers by Sauchas delivered (pun intended). I've never seen what the bouquets look like because we are in California and are using a local florist for our grandmother in Pompano but she always LOVES her flowers. I called from out of state to arrange for a flower delivery for my friends birthday and he was so happy with the flowers! The roses were beautifully arranged and the owner was so sweet to even add a balloon once she heard it was for a birthday. I used to work at a flower shop and I know how demanding the job can be, especially the pressure to make things perfect and to deliver. The owner was professional and caring, and from the picture I received from my friend I could tell the roses were fresh and nicely arranged. I'm so happy with the flowers and the service! My little brother turned 40 today(I'm the older sister) I wanted to send him the most ridiculous bouquet and called several Ft Lauderdate florists and asked for balloons that specifically said 'Happy 40th' or 'Lordy lordy look who's 40' Even thought they didn't have these in stock, within just 1 hour they were able to make a beautiful (and ridiculous) bouquet with balloons and flowers. They were prompt, specific and mostly NICE! I'd certainly recommend and use them again! read more

I just wish I knew more people in Fort Lauderdale so I could send them flowers! For a MUCH better price than 1-800-FLOWERS or any of the other services, I got a beautiful bouquet send to my niece, who was thrilled. The flowers were more varied and beautiful than I expected, the whole bouquet was generously sized, and the delivery was super fast. I ordered flowers for same day delivery today and let me tell you how extremely pleased I am with Flowers by Sauchas! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE as I ordered via phone and from out of state. I picked the "designers choice" and couldn't have asked for anything better....SO BEAUTIFUL! I placed my order from the Bahamas and needed confirmation the flowers would be delivered to the Hospital before 12 noon the next day. I received a warm greeting when I 'phoned and immediate reassurance of delivery before 12noon.
