My parents needed an overgrown pine tree cut down in their backyard and Saunders Tree Service was on it! The tree was so large that it covered half of the other two neighbor's backyards. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would and they were able to cut down the tree and clear the area in just two days. It was really close to a shed and the fence. The pine was also grown over top of a poor dwarfed orange tree. Saunders was able to work around the orange tree, fence, and shed, no damage to anything! I was a little tentative to hire them but I couldn't have been more wrong. They showed up on time and were total professionals. They did an excellent job on the tree. We hired Octavio to remove "the beast"...our humongous Italian Stone Pine that was growing dangerously close to our living room roof. This was a tiny Christmas tree mistake many years ago. He and his employees arrived on the day of the job 10 minutes early and got right down to business. So impressive how well they worked together and seemed to enjoy working together despite this huge job! Job took two and a half days and then another short morning to grind the stump due to weather. Saunders Tree service did an awesome job removing 2 trees from my property. I was able to get a quote w/in a day; and book an appointment for the following week. The service took right around 3 hours with a complete clean up. Both trees were next to my house; with a cypress that was over 45 feet tall. Saunders was able to cut it up and take it down w/out any problems. Saunders ground out the stumps & cleared out the areas which will help w/my landscaping. Was helping a neighbor out to coordinate the removal a cedar tree that was leaning towards our house and some acacias. I got a quote from Saunders and another tree company. Octavio showed up for an on site inspection and was super patient answering questions about the cedar tree and also other trees around the property. He has A LOT of knowledge about trees and was more than willing to share it. Even though he was just giving me a quote, I never felt rushed. On the day of the service he showed up with 2 other people and made quick work of the cedar and the acacia. We lost a very large pine tree to a storm in Oakland, and they came and cut it into very nice pieces placed into a neat pile on the side of the house. Octavio was here within a day to give us a quote on removing a 40' pine in our side yard. He scheduled and came out within a week. They showed up on time and within a few hours, in a very tight spot, the tree was removed. No damage to any property.
