I literally got up to the front cash registers before it even switched from midnight to 1201 and I was refused to even get anything and I'm just overall really disappointed. Like I understand policy is policy, but there was still someone checking out at the self check out, and both of the workers had logged out of their personal registers before that person was even done checking out. I just feel like that is irresponsible. What if there was an issue with the order and from a company perspective that is just really not customer service friendly. I would understand if I got up to the front after closing, but I literally got up there when I was supposed to and I still was not allowed to check out and I was really excited to get those treats for my cat and my dog because I've been working all day and there's literally nowhere else to go. I usually only go to Meijer for doing orders or because it's the only place open late. That's a full grocery store. It is very pricey. I don't feel like it's as cheap as other grocery stores and now that other stores are open till 11. I will just go there because the way that I felt tonight there wasn't even an apology from any of the workers or anything so I don't want to put any more money in this business.

The decorations were very cool. So we decided on a coffee at the coffee shop in the Market instead. I had a holiday Mariah Cherry, white chocolate and cherry latte. It was so very good with a distinct cherry flavor and piping hot. My hubs had an americano that he enjoyed. It is a week day during work hours, so that could be why I didn't experience any of that at this Walmart location, but whatever the reason, I'm glad. This location was a very nice one. It was well organized and maintained. I tend to only go to Walmart when I'm looking for something specific, so not alot of site seeing for me. I like to get in and get out. Even though it wasn't busy, they still had the famous long lines you always find at a Walmart. I was happy when an employee approached me and asked if he could check me out since I was carrying my few items and paying with a card. Thanks to his nifty hand held scanner, I had paid and was out of there in record time. I will probably be back on my next Walmart trip.

The door attendant, though nice, stated no carts were in the store and I needed to go out to the parking lot and bring one inside. No ma'am I will not go outside and get my cart. I appreciate her kindness and I showed her respect for it but we left. Walmart lost my sales which was my entire week's groceries. Target down the street got the business. No carts is extremely poor management! I could semi understand, if the store was busy, but it actually wasn't. I could semi understand if the weather was bad, but it wasn't. So, it was poor management and likely poor scheduling of staff that led to this. I will not recommend this location to anyone, nor shall I return to this location.

I notice their fuel price was 10 cents higher than the nearby Circle K, but still wanted to use fuel points. With being on the road all day my windshield was destroyed and needed a wash. Every single pump station had a bone dry wash, no towels either. I questioned the attendant who was like not my fault and tried to say this was just today. Obvious not true. She had plenty of attitude and offered no help other than go into the store to lodge your complaint. NOPE! I will just write a review with many hours to go to my destination. The pump worked fine, but disappointed at the up charge on fuel. I won't have to worry about ever coming back. 1.5 rounding down. Avoid!

It's also my usual choice for Friday bonus fuel point grocery pickup since it's so convenient and fairly fast with fulfilling orders. The bigger stores seem to get bogged down and have cancelled my orders, but this location always comes through. Parking can sometimes be a pain when going into the store, but that's mainly due to the other drivers speeding through the parking lot aisles. Most shelves have been fully stocked with whatever I've needed for my weekly pantry items. I've also been able to hurry in and out when I'm in a time crunch to grab a last-minute birthday card and flowers with a great selection. Staff have also always been friendly and helpful, especially the pickup order staff who always ask if I have coupons and are careful with flowers, bread, eggs, etc. Very much appreciated!
