He was so kind to let me know his wife's recipe had been featured in a new-to-me food truck cookbook and I finally tracked it down on my Christmas wishlist! Woot woot! Our experience today was great! Friendly chill employee. Very helpful when we had questions. Food came out fast, fresh & delicious! We both loved our burgers. The fries were fresh & cooked perfectly. I loved the BBQ Mac & cheese! So flavorful. The cheese almost had like a green chili queso flavor (without the spice) definitely recommend trying that. The inside is small/tight but there is a table inside & a picnic table out front. Good parking area. Overall I'm sure most get it to go. We got lucky today for a late lunch & had it all to ourselves. The spicy Jerk chicken sandwich is hands down the best sandwich on the Indiana side of the river. I always order 3 for the following days. I could eat one of these each day, I'm highly allergic to beef & ham due to Alpha-gal syndrome (AGS), these people always make certain that I only rec chicken. In addition to the sandwiches, the Not Yo' Mommas Nachos are so good. I only order the spicy foods here and for those of us that need spice this is the place to visit. The staff was friendly. I ordered a hot dog and a double cheeseburger. They did not have French fries but offered roasted potatoes instead. We took our order to go. It was prepared quickly, but in terms of taste and portion size, they definitely need to improve the hot dog, which was old. The end was overcooked. It had plenty of toppings, but for $ 750, it wasn't a great deal. I believe the cheeseburger had Sriracha on it. It was a pretty small burger for $ 1350, and they charged five dollars for the potatoes, which had no seasoning. I will probably come back and try their barbecue pork, which seemed popular among the regulars while we waited. read more

Get on a Bun at Bootys may be a small restaurant but it is packed with big delicious food. The staff is super friendly and everything is made to order. We had the Garlic Onion Burger, the Booty Deluxe burger, fried potatoes with queso and fried Oreos for dessert. We took our order to go but there is a small eat in area that is decorated like your home dining room with a table and a dining hutch. Now to the food the burgers were thick and juicy, grab napkins. The fried potatoes with queso were loaded with cheesy sauce, tender and delicious. The fried Oreos were not greasy just soft yummy perfection. We will be back. read more

I walked in here yesterday afternoon for a quick bite to eat. I've been wanting to try this place. I was excited to be in the area. I got a chili cheese dog which was six dollars and it was a large all beef hotdog with good chili and cheese on it. I really enjoyed a hotdog. The service was really quick and he was a nice guy. I also liked the ambience of the place. They had a lot of neat decorations and just a small little trailer. I recommend it and I will be back. read more

The taters were good, but a bit salty for my liking (we don't eat much salt, so we could really taste it). Service was quick and friendly. After hearing nothing but excellent reviews of Get It On A Bun At Booty's, I decided to hit up their establishment being as I was in the mood for a delicious burger. Upon first seeing the restaurant, it is a place that simply looks like a house and has the look of a hole-in-the-wall business with a very welcoming front porch and huge open flag waving in the breeze. As I entered the establishment, I was greeted with a very warm welcome from the owner and told all about their award winning Booty Deluxe Burger, which is what I decided to check out and also decided to try their Tators. The seating area is rather small but so is the inside which isn't a problem at all as this seems like more of a pick up place rather than a dine-in. The wait for food wasn't long at all and the presentation was quite pleasing to the eyes. When I took my first bite, my mouth of greeted with a delicious combination of smoked gouda cheese, applewood smoked bacon, their in-house chiptole mayo and all in between a toasted brioche bun. The Tators were very well made and seasoned, complementing the burger quite well. It's been quite awhile since I've enjoyed a burger this tasty and thick as well as one I would highly recommend anyone to check out. So to begin with, I don't like anywhere that doesn't have fountain service. I was grateful that out of the bottles we did have to choose from. They had Coke and big red. Neither of us were very happy with our food but I give it three stars because it is somewhat unique and it is local. It's been around a long time and some people love it. I do like the chili it doesn't have any beans or onions. It's just your meat and sauce that heats a little bit higher than I would like but it's it's not bad it's a good flavor. The mac & cheese was OK I've had much worse it had a little bit of hint of jalapeño here and there the quality of the pork was nice. I did appreciate him talking about the rub and I could taste it that he worked hard on that. It's not one that comes in sauce but he did for put some nicer barbecue sauce the cake by like on top so it was just okay. She tried the garlic and grilled onion burger and was disappoint pretty much all the way around the onions we're not very well grilled and pretty crunchy. The garlic part she was also disappointing because it taste like they juice garlic salt instead of garlic powder, and it talks about aïoli, but it was just pretty much plain mayonnaise with some garlic salt. It wasn't really anything special. She also felt the bun was kind of glue he didn't like it very much and for a place he talks about being on a bun in their name. That's not a great thing and I think it was supposed to have peppers on it and there's only one little tiny piece of pepper otherwise for $30 after pool bit of Tippin it was pretty lackluster they don't give you an itemized receipt. It's kind of homey woods, kind of rotting out front. They just have one table inside to sit at a couple out on the porch. The railing needs work. It is very rotten the word out there and it seems someone stole their salt shaker we had asked for that some salt. read more

I'm a thin, 50's diner style burger fan so these weren't my favorite I've ever had but boy it still full of flavor and good! The cheese taters were decent as well. They let me test some other samples of the things I didn't get. If I could do half stars (come on, yelp), this would've been a 4.5 probably. The food is good enough to get me to come back. Definitely want to try a chili dog next. After conversation with one of the owners, I know they didn't want fries due to everyone having fries.. but I enjoy a good French fry with my burgers. I tried this place recently. I got the Swiss and onion burger I believe. It was a huge burger. I enjoyed it. My bf got the spicy vegan style burger. He said it was pretty decent. However, the taters were severely under cooked. It was unfortunate. Also I don't like that is the only option for potato side. No fries or tater tots. It's just a cut up potato possibly baked? The serving size was large but the pork itself had little to no flavor and it was about 7 dollars for just the sandwich.
