Hot and cold food and made to order sandwiches. Even the Grass Valley on Mill street doesn't have a deli! I picked up a few things ( half off on a steak!)...salads..energy drinks..wine.. and more. I don't know what their secret ingredient is (I suspect maybe celery salt), but they get a salty smoky spiced flavor in their salsa that I have never even come close to anywhere else, and the char they get on their meats is just fantastically savory. Brought my husband in and he agrees- best Mexican food he's had in his life. And on top of the good food, the service is friendly and the cost is very reasonable for the quality and portion size. And don't forget to stop by their adjoining market! They have a deli that sells everything from burritos to chicharones, and fresh conchas and other baked delights, all cooked in-house. All the spices and unusual supplies you might need to channel your inner abuela, every snack or treat you may need to bribe your favorite nina/nino, and a meat selection that will make your mouth water to boot! I always pick up at least 3 big containers of the salsa to take home- I may have to freeze some because they don't have a ton of preservatives, and they may not be quite as fresh when they thaw, but still the best salsa en el mundo. (For those of you who are Gabriel Iglesias fans, this is the perfect place to fill a certain type of gift basket for a certain demographic, if you know what I mean- *wink, wink*). I don't think the company cares because they have not changed their packaging methods. Buyers beware! Buying Mary's Gone Crackers is an expensive gamble. I refuse to purchase these again until they package these crackers with a see-thru window so I can see what I am getting. Since they are flat crackers why can't they stack them in a row with a window like Sesmark Rice Thins which, by the way, are perfectly packaged crackers and never broken.
