After walking into this place for some information, I was immediately impressed by the facility. It was clean and well organized. It felt welcoming. The girl at the front desk was friendly and offered information on their services. They had so many different sections and levels and add ons I just had to book. After searching and researching their website I couldn't find anything that could tell me about their reviews so I was hoping for the best. I was asked to arrive early for my lash tech to go over a few things so I could have a full understanding of what I was getting. She asked me several questions and after our conversation I had agreed to the extra services she said I would need to get what I was looking for. At this point I am completely impressed with how things are going and even excited that I May have found THE spot. We proceeded to prep for the procedure and got started. A few minutes into it my eyes bagan to burn and water so bad, I tried to tolerate it as much as I could but eventually it got to be to much. I told the tech and she did what she could to help it. We kept having to stop so she could wipe and dry my eyes it took longer than I wanted it to.. she finally finishes and my eyes are so irritated and burning I could barely see. She tried to sell the membership and other items I had to tell her I was not quite ready to commit to a membership as I was still trying to figure out if they were the place. I held off on buying any products as well. As I am struggling to see they are struggling with ringing me up and couldn't figure how to properly charge me. She gave me a total and I paid her adding a tip. For the next couple of days my eyes burned and were so irritated they swelled up. I did mention to her that my eyes would get watery a little but never ever in the years I've done my lashes have I experienced that. It was so uncomfortable. The next day I got a text message from the manager following up and asking how things were and if I would provide feedback. I was so upset and irritated I did not respond, after all I had no plans to return to suffer through that. The tech gave me a pamphlet for after care but never discussed what was wrong and why my eyes were so bad. The following day , this is now 2 days after my visit, I decided to follow up to let them know the concerns I was having, I was very honest to them and told them how my eyes were swollen and irritated and how I expected more lashes. She offered for me to come back in for some add on's to get the fuller look. I agreed to give a shot, i asked for an appointment and got no response back. I reached back out again to try and get back in there because my lashes weee falling out too. I was told they would last at least 2-3 weeks. It had only been 3 days and they were already falling out. I went back today just to find out that I did not receive any of the extra services I was told, to give me the look I wanted. When I asked about it the tech said she didn't recall offering me the services and then later said she didn't provide them because my eyes were to watery. Why wouldn't she tell me that then!? They told me that I should have been the one to call them to tell them I was having issues in order for them to fix it. They are the professionals!! They should have told me I was going to lose my lashes because of that, instead they took my money and then just told me to come back for more, I had to pay $1 per lash that I added so I could get what I wanted. So now I'm $250 dollars into this and still no solution and no lashes. I went in and personally spoke to the manager, I was trying to avoid this to remain a bad experience for me but there seem to be no solution. I lost my 250 and no lashes and feeling like this was all my fault. I will continue my search...

I liked that they have all their polish colors listed in books (like a menu) for you to look at while you're relaxing. The pedicure I got was fine. Nothing special but no complaints there. Cons: The manicure was messy and didn't even last for a full 24 hours. The male employee really rushed through it and it was noticeable. Before I left, I had to ask another staff employee to clean up my nails...so much polish on my finger and uneven where the polish meets your cuticle. Also as I was paying, another woman came in saying she needed her nails fixed for a wedding because whoever did them the day before didn't do it right the first time. Fast forward to the next day, the polish started chipping off. Ended up going to my regular salon and just did an entire polish change on my hands. Noticeable difference in quality, time and attention. I guess I'll continue to visit my old salon even though it's farther away.
