I liked that they have all their polish colors listed in books (like a menu) for you to look at while you're relaxing. The pedicure I got was fine. Nothing special but no complaints there. Cons: The manicure was messy and didn't even last for a full 24 hours. The male employee really rushed through it and it was noticeable. Before I left, I had to ask another staff employee to clean up my nails...so much polish on my finger and uneven where the polish meets your cuticle. Also as I was paying, another woman came in saying she needed her nails fixed for a wedding because whoever did them the day before didn't do it right the first time. Fast forward to the next day, the polish started chipping off. Ended up going to my regular salon and just did an entire polish change on my hands. Noticeable difference in quality, time and attention. I guess I'll continue to visit my old salon even though it's farther away.

They don't ask you if you want anything to drink and when you ask them she the manager made it seem like it was a problem for her. All three ladies worked on me and the other customers that were there. They were playing musical chairs it seemed like. The manger want wearing gloves and would touch someone feet doing a pedicure and then jump to the next customer and do her nails. I will not be going back to this nail salon.

It's always clean and neat and the service here is amazing. You are greeted at the door by the two young ladies who are always in a great mood and super smiling and happy all the time. We were religiously schedule every two weeks with the same nail tech all the time. There have been times where our nail techs are out and we have other people that can work on our feet. That are just as amazing as our normal techs. Everyone who is around there Mexico welcome and not just like a place where we come get our feet done but more like FAMILY. We normally talk about our days our week or our plans with our family and trips and what not when we're with our techs. They also provide you with a free drink while you're getting your services done and each person makes you feel welcome and personable. I'm assuming this was a way to promote their new location. They moved from Hulen Mall because, their rent was $10,000 dollars! The new location in an old fashion shopping strip. It's East of Hulen Mall and in the corner next to Elegant Diva. Parking maybe limited since there are several other businesses around. However, the favor of the Lord was upon me so, I got a spot out front. It looked so vacant with no one insight. On the other hand, I walked in and was greeted by Mina. She was a dark skinned Indian beauty with glowing skin, pretty eyes and faulty groomed eyebrows. Really nice lady, very conversational but, the was a definite language barrier involved My eyebrows came out ok, nothing special, nothing to brag about. They were a little imperfect too. I've had a lot better. My brows were definitely cleaned up for sure. I'm not complaining because, the price was good. If it looked like my brows were threaded with just Stringz it's because, they were. Lol. As I left, she was superficial. She told me, bye, have a nice day. It's like, she didn't mean it. She was rushing me out of the salon. Not sure where that came from? Was it a cultural thing, she wanted to get to one other customer or she expected more than a 20 percent tip. But again, still cheaper than Styles of India (who charges an annual fee for "discounts"), and without the skin irritation and lack of precision related to waxing.
