I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Dr. Riley is very concerned that his patients do not experience pain, so he goes to great lengths to make sure my visit is not unpleasant. Because I get heart palpitations. They don't care. After being pinched and numbed the doctor said no we can't cement it, there is not enough structure to hold it. I responded I knew that but you said you can do it. Then they said we will cement it but it will now 900 hundred, out of desperation I said ok. Doctor Yamane got in and said it might not last? Maybe just a few days I even accepted it but....he wanted to work without my permission anesthesia with epinephrine when I clearly said NO so after that he did not want to do the job. His assistant was blaming me, when they literally wasted my time. They had me 3 days going without a clear understanding of how to do a good jib?
