So she proceeded to do them all over while in her phone it hurt so bad way different then Yhe other times but I thought i just need to suck it up. It took her like a half hour which is the time of a touch up- she kept telling me to make sure i come back for The touch up and wehen I need to return by. A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. My eye brows are still Red oh and btw she changed the shape so she tried to color over the red but that was red as well. Its been a horrifying experience that will take years to get over..

Sadly, it's time for me to find a new eyebrow threading spot. I've been coming here for about three…read moreyears, and in the beginning, I was always happy with my brows. But over time, new technicians came in, and the results became hit or miss. I shrugged it off, figuring that since I never had a go-to person, I just had to roll with it. Well, I deeply regret rolling into that first chair on a Wednesday. The technician--who I'm assuming is named Michaela, based on my receipt--immediately pointed out random grey hairs on my face. Uh, thanks? I told her never mind (and THANK GOODNESS I did, but we'll get to that). She finishes my brows, hands me the mirror, and I take a quick glance. And my first thought? 'Oh great, you just mowed off all my eyebrows like we're back in the '90s.' Still, I chalk it up to my fault for not specifying that I just needed a cleanup. Usually, they ask--she didn't--but given the inconsistency here, I figured I'd just have better luck next time. So, I take my L, pay, and leave. But then I get to my car. I take a closer look and--what in the actual--my brows are not only pencil-thin, but I have visible blood and cuts (see photo). W.T.F.?! She didn't say a single word about this! I have dry skin, but I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 20 years, and this has NEVER happened. And to make matters worse, I have a big presentation at work tomorrow, so now, instead of just filling in these razor-thin brows (which is extra fun when you naturally have thick ones), I also have to figure out how to cover up these cuts and avoid a scab situation. What was she even doing that low on my eyebrow?! At this point, the inconsistency is just too much. While some of the techs know what they're doing, beware--you might just walk out of here looking like Edward Scissorhands had a field day with your brows.

Usually the owner has done them well but not this time and I should have known when she didn't give me the mirror (which they always do). Mind you, my eyebrows are thick but are very shaped. It is very easy to know which hairs don't belong or not. She took off so much from the middle and thinned them out. one of the eyebrows does not have the inner hairs that go up and down because she took it off while the other eyebrow does. Also, they are completely uneven. One is more to the side than the other and they aren't even level. One is higher than the other. Giving 2 stars because this was a nice place and some of the techs are actually good, but I am too scared to come back. It's been 2 months of trying to grow my eyebrows back to normal but they are not growing the same as before.
