Trucks are only here Wed from 11 - 2. So, all in all, it's a good thing but hit or miss depending on who is there (it isn't posted anywhere that I've found but I'm sure the trucks keep their Twitter and Facebook followers in the loop). Since I don't like Empanada Guy (see my review), I've had Thai Elephant a bunch of times, and I dont want Soup (in 90 degree heat) I write this review waiting for my lunch....at nearby Cheeseburger In Paradise.

Kebab King food tastes fresh and amazing because I always see them cooking in small batches as needed. While their remaining meats are in a marinade and that's how meat should be kept. That's not the case with most food trucks, you will see pre cooked meat on the side and they pull the required portion, slice and reheat it.

Would I be angry or happy with Archie for my first lobster roll experience in New Jersey!? PURCHASE Angry Lobster Roll ($22.00): A massive amount of Maine lobster meat mixed with a spicy corn mayo all stuffed into a toasted bun, this was sufficient to split with my friend. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and the buttery toasted bun was truly the icing on the cake. It was pricey, but dammit it was so good!
