He was at my house within the hour with multiple pumps. After the pumps did their job, Joe placed several fans and dehumidifiers in the basement. Without reading the installation manual, he "installed" the brand new dishwasher by drilling through the walls of the dishwasher. That ruined the brand new dishwasher. But he denied installing the dishwasher he ruined. He installed ceiling lights without protecting the wire connections with junction boxes. That is a serious code violation. He did a sloppy job. He is dishonest and cannot be trusted.
