I finally sent a poision e-mail to their contact info threatening to do a blog or picket outside their business and actually got a call back. I was told they were sorry for not getting back to me, could I bring it back? I took the PC back to them for restoration but all they could recover was my pictures, thank God, and my e-mail. Some other programs..gone. Brought PC back home, had another issue, called, left message x2. Never got a call back. So I took it to another shop right in town and they fixed me up. I won't go back and neither will my friends.

They knew immediately what was going on and had me bring the drive in. It was failing hard, and we were not sure if the 2 TB of data would be salvageable. They ended up getting something like 99.9% of the data off the drive with minimal corruption -- I haven't gone through all 2 TB but so far I haven't found anything corrupted. It was just over $200 to get the data off the drive, which included a new WD Passport drive. Well worth regaining 5+ years of archived projects and photos. High fives all around. Y el chico que atendió dijo que el no estaba autorizado hacer reembolso en reparación. A lo cual le dije, ustedes no han arreglado nada, solo tiene 20 minutos que salí de la tienda. Y el me dijo que lo comentaría con su jefe. Y horas después me dijo que no me podían hacer ningún reembolso, o que si quería poder escoger algo de la tienda!! Se me hace poco razonable que no te quieran cancelar el pedido en un trabajo que no han empezado y no llevaba ni 1 hora en la tienda en reloj.
