If you do hand over your device to these people make sure you back it up and erase it first to prevent identity theft. After calling AT&T customer service, I was told to return to the original store location where the trade-ins were completed to get the necessary information. I went back to the Magnolia store and spoke with the manager, Jacob. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Jacob stated they couldn't do anything about it and that there was no one he could contact regarding the issue. He told me to call the 800 number again and even suggested I go somewhere else. His attitude was unprofessional, and he appeared frustrated about unrelated issues, which seemed to be taken out on customers in the store. I spent over an hour at this location simply trying to locate my missing $840 credit and left with no help or direction. This is not the level of service I expect when dealing with a billing issue caused during an in-store transaction. I would not recommend wasting your time at this location. If you value professionalism and accountability, consider going elsewhere.
