She had seen him standing there the whole time, yet never communicated that she was closing the line. If she had simply let him know earlier, he wouldn't have wasted his time. It was extremely frustrating for him to leave without a meal, especially since he only had a limited break. It's disappointing that the employee couldn't either take a moment to let him know or just finish his order since he was the last person in line. We expect better customer service from Wegmans.

The quality of this seafood was off the chart. I thought I was doing pretty well with for example the shrimp I was purchasing at my usual supermarket however after tasting this, I will be a regular customer. The place is rather small, and they don't have an excessive amount of anything as far as I could tell, however they have a little bit of everything. I'm quite sure they have more in the back at least what little space there is in the back, and I did read reviews in other places (or maybe even on here I can't remember) that apparently you can get on their email list and therefore you will know when the truck comes in if you really want fresh seafood. So anyway, definitely a place I would recommend to anybody that's in the Elmira New York area. You will not be disappointed.
