While I'm not big on writing reviews, I rely on them a great deal when selecting a technician or service that I need done. As a single mom, I'm very leery of those that "claim" to not want to take advantage of me and offer me a deal, when in actuality they're probably cutting corners just to make a quick buck and get over on me for a service they know I probably don't fully understand or need completed pretty quickly. So, with that said, I read the previous reviews very carefully before reaching out to Mr. Holder for assistance. My AC had been running hot air for a few weeks, and the temperature in my house had reached almost 100 degrees! So, while I surely needed some immediate help, I was also leery as I had already been taken advantage of once. And even though I literally felt like I was suffocating in my own home, I surely refused to allow it to happen again. Mr. Holder and I first spoke on 7/4, and I explained all of the trouble I had been having. We agreed to a service call for the very next day, and after confirming a time, he reached out to me as promised and came out to my home. From the very first moment of meeting him, I immediately felt comfortable. He made sure to explain everything that he saw, so that I could understand it as well. He even showed me pictures of everything and made sure I understood what he was preparing to do and what I needed to get my AC back working like it should. He didn't try to over talk me, sell me anything I didn't need, or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about my system. He even explained what I needed to do going forward to keep everything working the right way! Afterwards, he made sure to explain everything so that I didn't have ANY questions or concerns, and even offered to come back out and repair my system again if by chance my issue wasn't resolved. Even more, he reached out to me again later in the evening to see how things were going, and if my home was in fact getting cooler (and thankfully it was!). In my opinion, he truly deserves every 5 star rating he receives! It's not easy to find honest, hardworking people nowadays. It was Labor Day weekend and my air conditioner decided to quit on me. Save Brothers absolutely saved my weekend. Samuel arrived in a little over an hour - after completing a job on the northside of town and drove all the way to the southside to repair my air conditioner. In a matter of minutes he diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part, and had my air up and running. Thoroughly knowledgeable and obviously well versed in hvac repairs! Samuel was the absolute BEST! Although he was not located near to Kennesaw (about 40 miles far from here), he came, fixed my problem, clean my systems, gave me several valuable tips about how to keep my system in good health. Professional and affordable. I needed repair work done to my duct work. Mr. Holder replied to my request for a quote on yelp and was able to come out the next day to look at the work. His prices are reasonable. I'm a school teacher on a fixed budget and I'm very picky about contractors working at my house. I took a chance based on Mr. Holders reviews on yelp.
