This company WILL NOT give you an arrival time or estimated timeframe of arrival. You are at their discretion and required to wait around all day for their call/text. It is now 1618hrs and I've taken the day from work for a possible costly repair and for no tech to call or show. It's sad a company that provides a service can't in return respect possible customers time and give beneficial updates or cancellation notices.
