This is a general observation, and of course the merchandise changes regularly. But it seems to me the smaller clothing size you wear and the smaller your shoe size, the better luck you will have in scoring some clothing bargains. My jackpot today was furniture. I purchased a brand new Fleur de lis lamp that I picked up for $75. It had a price tag of $139 hanging on it, and I also found the same lamp, same make on the Web for as high as $179. Let's just say I'm thrilled. It's a gorgeous lamp. The other bargain I scored was a vintage, French Country accent chair. It is gently used, but it is gorgeous and it was only $50. There is a slight stain on the seat cushion, but it is barely noticeable. I love the chair and it was a true bargain. The prices on the furniture were almost too low to be believed. The staff were helpful and kind. Very, very nice people and they support a great mission to help others with the proceeds of the sales. If you're in the area, it would be worth a visit

When you enter, you have to pay $1 to park, so have cash ready if you want to visit. There are parking spaces all around the building and also a huge upper lot. When we were there, we were able to snag a space in front of the building, but I imagine in the summer or busier season it is probably pretty tough to park. They do apparently operate a shuttle from the upper lot to the main building when people do have to park farther away. It was an interesting and almost strange mix of vendors. I suppose that is why they rebranded from flea market to marketplace. There were many Amish and locally made food and houseware items. There were also a lot of craft type vendors (signs, crochet items, florals, wooden items). Mixed in were things like collectibles, sports memorabilia and a tee shirt place (where they could imprint one of their existing designs if you didn't see the size/color that you wanted). There were several food vendors (jerky, nuts, fudge). In the front (in a separate building) is Winetagous. It is a fun addition to the space with a great selection of wine and beer. When you first arrive, it is a bit overwhelming with the huge amount of entrances and sheer amount of vendors, but the facility is easy to navigate and the building is clean and well kept. There are tons of great places to shop in this area, but if you are looking for a one stop shop of sorts to see a wide variety of vendors (and cap off the visit with an adult beverage) this is a fun place to stop.

Bring cash because not everyone accepts credit.
