So I pop in and ask them to provide this cashier's check and was told that I needed to have an account with them. "Really?" Well, you have just helped too expedite my decision to EVER open an account with you! I likely would have done business with this bank but will NEVER on principle alone. So the fee for a cashier's check runs over $10 at many banks...I guess they were too busy... seeing how I was the only customer in the building...and to collect a $10 fee to print out a check in 5 minutes was asking too much? What a JOKE! So while I will be living right down the street for the next 30+ years in my new home, I certainly will never engage in any business with this bank!

Had other accounts at other banks, but those banks sometimes were too pushy with promotions, or their monthly charges for your accounts made me go back to the no thrills, very friendly, Webster Five. (Where "everybody knows your name"!!) They are always ready to answer questions, help you when you forgot your online password after closing time, and have the dog biscuit ready when the see the dog via the 'drive-up window. I have NEVER had even the slightest issue with anything dealing with them. and As far as I am concerned I would rate them higher then any other bank.

Their overdraft fee policy is absolute BS. They continue to rob and at many times do not sympathize. I will most likely be leaving this bank promptly. I have had enough. The kindest experiences I've had was probably walking into the Sturbridge branch. Even then, phone calls with SCU have not always been pleasant.
