The prices for things you get for FREE are insane. Like actually insane. $6.49 Savers tag when the original target tag was still on it, $5 from the target spot section. A dress from SHEIN priced for $16.99 and it had a hole on the side. So many more things i saw along the same lines it's crazy. On top of that the employee at self check out was so rude to us! It was three of us girls and we're all latina, she was hovering over us as if we were stealing??? We were doing three separate transactions but were sharing one brought from home tote bag, what's wrong with that? She was speaking to me as if I was stupid and my little sister is only 15, she was standing directly behind her watching her every move! None of the other customers surrounding us was getting that type of treatment. And when it was my turn she did the same thing. She is a white woman and as three latinas in this current day we're in we felt so unwelcomed. This put such a damper on our day and left a sour taste in our mouth. 2/10/2026 12:47 PM I bought a Louis Vuitton Murrieta bag at Store 1195 SAVERS 1195 Murrieta, 25125 Madison Avenue #102, for $87. After I got home, I carefully examined the bag and realized it was a fake; it wasn't an original Louis Vuitton bag. I returned to the Savers store and wanted to return the bag. The manager told me I couldn't get a refund and that I could exchange the bag for another item. If I didn't find anything on that day, I had two weeks to exchange it. The next day, I returned to the store and wanted to exchange the bag for a dress. But the manager, Jackie, refused to exchange the bag, claiming it was an original Louis Vuitton bag, which was not true. Because of this, I got the impression that I was deceived by being sold a low-quality counterfeit product. They sold to me a counterfeit (fake)Louis Vuitton purse , and refused to refund me my money,even though I went back a failed complaint ,a couple hours later.The receipt doesn't indicate that it was a Final Sale,but they don't care at all.I thought it was not legal to sell counterfeits (fake) Brands in Public Store in the United States .However the owners of this business don''t seem to care. Savers, like Goodwill is a for-profit thrift store. Both, offer consumers some good deals on slightly used items, such as clothes to appliances. This particular location is pretty large and has a good sized Loading Bay for drop-offs. Once a year we try cleaning out our closets of "stuff" that we aren't using anymore. We generally hope someone else can use it. We have been a big fan of Savers, going back to our time AZ. Everyone here has been very friendly and helpful, particularly in unloading our car and giving us receipts. Btw, the tax receipts have coupons attached. See photos. Nice read more

By far my favorite thrift store. You could say I'm a thrift store connoisseur. This particular savers I didn't see or run into lots of staff members, they have a decent selection of shoes, clothing, high value items, and jewelry. Plenty of parking. But can feel a tad bit overwhelming when there's a large crowd inside the store. read more

I totally forgot about a coupon I had gotten in December and I asked the young lady in the front if I could exchange it as it expired in December. She straight out said no! No I'm sorry, no nothing but no! Your clothes are used and overpriced, you're selling items that have the original tag on them and you're charging 5-6 times as much and you're being stingy with a coupon? I donate my things and you turn around and sell them for ten times more and you're being rude and greedy? Yeah, I'm not donating anything anymore. Finally decided to visit this store. It's a large sized thrift store, which means they have A LOT of stuff. You could spend a few hours here searching through the shelves and racks. To be honest, it felt a bit overwhelming for me - there were too many things to search through and I didn't have a game plan. I think it helps once you know the layout of the store and you can come up with a good strategy so you don't end up feeling overwhelmed like I did. I only searched through a few racks and shelves - I wasn't looking for anything particular and also, upon going through some of the items, I felt they were definitely overpriced. I went through a couple of racks of tops and nothing is priced under $6. I found an item that had an original tag from Ross priced at $2 and it was selling for $8.79 - I thought that was a bit ridiculous. I had picked out a couple of tops but I wasn't in love with them so I put them back, but then I spotted two slacks that were misplaced and they were my size! I immediately just grabbed them and paid for it. They have no fitting rooms, FYI. Overall, I don't know if I would come back here for a thrifting day, even though it's the closest one to my parent's house. The prices don't make it feel worth it. read more

Unfortunately this is one of the only thrift stores local to me.. but the pricing of items is just ridiculous. I bought the magic tree house books from here and some were 1.49, but they priced others at 2+ dollars. I don't understand it. When I asked why at the cashier I got answered with "oh we don't price things here, they're priced at a warehouse and then brought to us".. The donations come directly to their doorstep and come out the other way. I've seen it happen on multiple occasions. On top of that I bought a little diary and when I took off the price tag I found another price tag, from the original store, at a lower price! They intentionally over price their items. COUNTERFEIT ITEMS be careful. It is illegal for them to resell specially their bags. Selling counterfeit stuff like that is a crime. Cleaning out my garage so I brought a bunch of miscellaneous items here to their donation center. The guys are extremely helpful and assist in taking things out of the back of your trunk for you. Everyone here is super friendly. Apparently this is where the schools look for costumes for plays. Inside the store is pretty clean and I've found some items that were still brand new with tags in them for cheap!! I love that they have a good selection of books here as well. read more

I went today for the first time and had a lovely girl help us at the self check out. While I was there, though, some customer was being extremely rude to her and ended up calling her a slur all because the employee wouldn't change the price on something, which absolutely SHOCKED me! I couldn't believe what I heard and she did it right in front of a manager, too! But the manager didn't even support his employee, he APOLOGIZED TO THE RUDE CUSTOMER. I was so upset, I was shaking. I wish I would have stepped in and said something in her defense but I just couldn't believe what I was hearing. That poor employee better not get in trouble and that manager deserves to have sensitivity training because that was absolutely awful. I will probably never come back and will tell my friends to steer clear of this place. Definitely overpriced. They do have half off sales usually. I go on sale days and to look at records. I don't care about the prices though. My issue is that just yesterday one of the staff members entered the bathroom like he was a drunk at a bar. Swinging the door like a fool while my dad was coming out. Which is a senior by the way. Just like every other thrift store, they overprice DONATED items, some of us can never afford anything anymore, new or used.

This location is by far my favorite within a 100 mile radius. I have found some incredible gems. From Madewell to Liverpool, Chicos and even Vivienne Westwood! It can get pretty busy and wild on the weekends but I find it to be thrilling seeing everyone on "the hunt" for a cool find. I've also found great books and jewelry there too for amazing prices. Staff are extremely kind, helpful and patient I've never had any issue there or have even seen anyone else have issues there. I always make sure to bring a donation as well so I can use my 20% off coupon. Just make sure you ask for the coupon kindly! Sometimes the donation department can forget. read more

Pretty cool stuff here but the prices are absurd. You'll find a blank tank top for $10, you guys get this stuff for free! It's just greedy at this point. Mehhhh:... I'm honestly split on my feelings about Savers. On one hand, they have a LOT OF CLOTHES through for you to sift through and see if you can find some goodies thrifting. But they also charge a premium for most everything & that can be aggravating. For example, I bought my son a pretty sweet Star Wars shirt for $1.79, but then right next to it another shirt he'd like was $9. Pretty decent sized book collection here, same with kitchen glass and plastic storage, so many broken items though as well, so make sure you're looking closely. Of course you always find a good deal on an occasional gem, so if that's what you're out to do then I would stop by here and sift through all the second (or third or fourth) hand stuff. read more

11/7/21 Self checkout is ok. I don't mind doing it myself but today I struggled with that gun scanner that sometimes worked but mostly didn't. I purchased about 25 items and to add insult to injury, I glanced up to look for help and about 4-5 workers in their neon green vests, were jaw jacking around one of the registers. I mean, one serious pow wow. The little Asian girl directing us to registers is sassy and abrupt. One of the guys showed me how to scan books but before I could ask him a question, he darted off in the direction of the pow wow. I understand this is a thrift store. I don't ever want to feel like I'm an inconvenience. That's how I felt today. Today was a day that elderly people come in to shop your store. They are made to self check out and I know this is hard on them. I'm at the bottom range of the Senior club and have run registers before so no big deal for me. It's when I looked up a second time to try to get some one to adjust for the senior discount. We're They purposely ignoring us, or what? I don't know that my time and money is worthy of this place anymore. Little snooty teenagers that mock us is no good. I got a really bad vibe in this store today. I'm removing my 5 star rating and going to 1. I don't think you are worthy of that one star. Sorry. read more
