Saturday, 9/28/2024: Teapots for sale. A spot of tea anyone?
Amy C.

Saturday, 9/28/2024: I hadn't been here in a while & wanted to visit some of my favorite ladies. Everything is 50% off today & all jewelry is 75% off as the signs at the front indicated. The volunteers here keep this store clean & organized with nice decor & displays throughout the store. I definitely did not buy any jewelry. I need it like I need another hole in my head! I purchased some books, a toy for my grandson, and a gift basket. They have a nice variety of gif baskets for every occasion. I was sad that my favorite ladies were not there today but the ladies that checked me out were very friendly and sweet. I spent over $30, which I know goes to a great cause for the community. I love supporting this wonderful non-profit.

These prices are egregious! They receive free donations and mark them up higher than you would buy brand new. It's a shame because people that probably really need these goods can't access them. Martha is no Saint, that's for sure.

Really nicely organized and clean thrift store. Prices are priced very high but they usually have 50-75% off deals which makes it more reasonable. Mostly nicknack type stuff. Overall it's a nice 2nd hand store.

I love the fact that the money goes to the Pantry to feed the less fortunate.

1/29/26 Thursday 7:20 PM…read more I haven't been to this store in probably 12 years. My Grandson was at the gym next door, and while I waited, I decided to pop in here. There was a very very nice gal named Sophia who welcomed us back, and told us about the discounts we get, daily. She rang us up with such professionalism and a smile, the whole time. This has been the new location for our gym so we will be in more frequently. It's nice to know there are kind employees. I look forward to coming again. 5 STARS FOR THIS GOODWILL.

I've been shopping at this store for years, but this experience was incredibly disappointing and…read moreunprofessional. A month or two ago, I asked an employee if she could price check a pair of shoes for me. She came back with a higher price than I expected, so I politely asked if she could lower it to around the low $20 range, especially since the store would still be making a profit. Instead of simply saying no or explaining the pricing policy, she became argumentative. She told me she had checked the security cameras and then the system to see who had priced the shoes because there were two different prices associated with them, $22.99 and $29.99. She then stated that the $22.99 price "couldn't be right" and insisted on charging the higher amount. She continued by saying things like, "How do you think the lights stay on every month?" and "We need this money to pay the employees." She kept complaining as though lowering the price by a few dollars would somehow affect whether the business could pay its bills or employees. It honestly felt like she was personally invested in every dollar, as if she worked on commission. To be clear, I wasn't arguing with her. I ended up paying the price she wanted. My issue isn't the amount I paid, it's how I was treated. A simple, professional explanation that the price couldn't be adjusted would have been completely acceptable. It was unnecessary and unprofessional for an employee to lecture a customer about the store's operating costs or imply that a small discount would somehow keep the lights on or employees paid. If I had decided not to purchase the shoes at all, the store would have made nothing from the sale. This interaction left a poor impression and made me feel like asking a reasonable question was somehow wrong. I do not recommend coming her to anyone anymore , friends, families or strangers i always say this location is one Not to attend anymore. Goodwill has always been about helping the community by keeping items affordable. Lately, it feels like many stores are pricing items based on eBay, which takes away from that mission. Not everyone shops at Goodwill to resell. Many of us are just looking for affordable items. A better approach would be pricing items around 40% of what they actually sold for online. That still allows Goodwill and resellers to make a profit while keeping prices fair for everyday shoppers and helping inventory move faster. I hope Goodwill can get back to serving the community with reasonable pricing.

Goodwill said to come here to drop off mattresses... WHEN YOU ARRIVE you have to drive around the cones and wait at the STOP SIGN until the car in front of you has has been helped... It seemed like he just wanted us to not donate anything here. Another older guy came out to confirm the same thing. I asked if they accept pillows and blankets and they said YES! They always have a lot of kitchen ware which is my favorite thing to pick through at thrift stores. This used to be called Women's Assistance League of the Temecula Valley. I really like this location, and I don't think I've ever walked out of here with nothing. They gave a large jewelry counter, a boutique, and they have a bunch of housewares. They also have quite a large clothing selection, and good prices on the basics. The boutique and appraised items are considerably higher. You can sign up for their email newsletter, which lets you know what will be on sale for the week. Quite a few parking spots in the front lot, but don't park to the East of the building because we told the owner of the business directly on that side will tow cars. Lastly, check the hours, because some days have a later opening time and they aren't open Sun-Tues.
