While small, it was great because the shops and restaurants that we visited were all excellent. We even got to see Dean Norris from the TV show Breaking Bad at the restaurant he owns on the main strip. Nice to see him be able to relax and enjoy himself. The Old Town Night Market takes place at Bailey's Restaurant on the terrace in Old Town Temecula. It is the second Tuesday of each month. Approximately 30 local makers and curators come out. Bailey's opens a full bar and they have a taco stand on-site. The activities and drawings change, this month a DJ, art and a photo booth and a Halloween theme of course. The market which is dog friendly is something we love. Our husbands went next door to Devilicous to have a beer and took the dogs so we could shop which was a dream. Cara and I strolled the market and got to know the vendors. She picked up an embroidered jacket and I picked up a handwoven bag. Although, we spent the most time with a fun mother and daughter! Check out Sparkle Sloth Studio...I introduced the biz to a few Yelpers already, as they have some fun contests. The make glitter coffee, wine and other tumblers with custom sayings just for you. I bought a few cards, garden items, gift bags, some toys for my grandson, fake foliage, snacks, toothbrushes, and dental floss. Items are no longer a dollar more like $1.25, $1.50 with some items priced higher like $6.00 or $7.00 on up. Prices have risen but it's still bargain prices compared to other stores. Replied very upfront and with an attitude before I can finish saying "please" responded back "No, it's not working" when the answer could've been a different tone like "I'm sorry our restroom is out of order" could've been a different approach. 2 I know the restroom is working because I was just there 2hrs ago and had to go back for something. This dollar tree requires another associate to come and open the door for you but I'm sure the cashier just didn't want to take the time to ask for help for a customer. Which is fine but lied instead. I know retail can be frustrating. I've worked retail since I was a teen myself but I was never disrespectful to anyone just because I was having a bad day. I chose kindness even on days that were rough and I was drained. Mind you the restroom wasn't for me. It was for my disabled non verbal older sister. I come here regularly because my sister loves this dollar tree. Structure is everything to her. If you have a loved one in the spectrum you understand. Today was pretty disappointing..
