We had a large cashiers check drawn on the BofA and they refused to honor it and/or let us open the account. I have a BofA credit card, that I just canceled online. I won't give BofA a single second of my business again. Banks used to make you feel welcome like they wanted you as a customer. This bank makes you feel like you're getting in their way of cigarette breaks and coffee. He didn't answer calls or got back to us efficiently. He did not find a way to help us at all. My parents being upset had expressed their concerns with him and his response was he didn't want to continue to work with us. And apparently he had an issue with the real estate agent we were using, and insisted we work with his agent. Worst experience ever!!

And anytime I go to use the website, the absurd password strength rules make it a major hassle to log in. And you can't even pay online through their site. A bank, that doesn't take payments online. Let that sink in. I have account with several other banks/lenders, and never has anything been this much of a pain in the rear to administer. Do yourself a favor and go with a bigger fish. Nice people don't make up for lousy support.
